Very clean unit with easy access to beach.

Great spot to stay for Miramar Beach/Destin. Kitchen was well stocked and walk to beach was very short and convenient. Love that the unit has a washer and dryer too!

Lovely vacation

Nice 2 story unit in small condo property, across the street from the beach. Good view from upper balcony of Gulf. Kids enjoyed the pool. Not excessively crowded even in peak season.

Communication was great with property manager.

It was nice place to stay. We did liked the place. Need to be update the furniture. Need to be clean sweat, and mold smell an entire upstairs. Need to have clean bed sheets, and pillows, and laundry washier has a mold. I am looking forward to stay at Destin property management next time. Thank you for your assistances.

Perfect view!

Family spring break trip- 3 adults, a 4 year old and a 3 year old. The unit was comfy, plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout couch was comfy for my daughter. We didn’t really use the kitchen much, just breakfast- the kids loved the bar stools at the counter! They thought we were in Peppa Pigs house because the kitchen was painted in bright colors and there was a coat tree, lol! One thing that would be appreciated that we have always had at our rentals would be things like basic spices- salt and pepper, baggies, foil, sand toys, things that former guests buy and leave for the next guest! The weather was crazy, so we used both the heat and the AC during our stay- both work great! 2 balconies to use was a lot of fun and the view is perfect. The unit was clean, ready for check in as promised- we had one minor issue with the electric in the bathroom- quick response from the on call person and an easy fix! Location was perfect- a 2 minute walk to the beach, my granddaughters were in heaven! The pool was heated and beautiful. Overall we had a very nice stay, in spite of the weather, and would rent 12b again!

Quiet and Family friendly

Large 2 level condo with plenty of room. Public beach access with ramp across from condo. Clean pool, easy access to charcoal grills, large balconies, and quiet neighborhood. Roomy steps from parking lot to condo entrance for carrying your belongings

Great spot on 2nd floor overlooking pool and direct view of Gulf. Right across the street is Pompano Joe's for great food and drink. Property manager was super helpful with information.

Comfortable, relaxing week in Miramar

This is our 2nd time to Miramar. We wanted to have the easy, clean public beach access again, so we chose Blue Surf 12B this time. Everything about this location met our needs - that of relaxation, beach and pool, great restaurants, and did I say pool and beach?! The two-floor townhouse gave us each space to do our thing when not in the sun or eating. Him: TV & reading; me: no-distraction paperwork projects that I never have time for at home. We used both floors (and both balconies!) but only the lower bedroom, which has an amazingly comfortable King bed. Maybe the owner can email me with the details of brand/style/etc. so we can replace ours! I would say 12B has been partially updated. Beachy-colorful, which was fun. I didn't mind the carpet, but hard to tell if it's being kept really clean. The large vent in the hallway needs attention. I couldn't tell if it was dirty or the finish was wearing off, but it was an eye sore each time I walked by. Not a deal breaker at all. This was a much needed time away; COViD and hurricanes caused other trips to be cancelled. This was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you, Blue Surf 12B!

Property was as described and listed. A little dated, but well kept and clean. The view from the balconies was amazing of both the pool and Gulf. Location would be hard to beat. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient!

We wanted a place across the st from the beach. This was a super convenient location walking distance from the gas station, alvin’s, pompano’s and 2 terraces with ocean and pool view was a plus. We loved our stay! We do recommend the landlords to either washing, upgrading or removing the carpet as the place has a moldy, humid odor. And the pullout couch could use an extra blanket. Nothing to complain about and very happy with the place. We will be staying here again.

The upstairs shower was not clean. Hair in shower and the upstairs living room trash was full with beer cans. We couldn’t see out the upstairs sliding door because it was so dirty. We have been staying at Blur Surf for 10 years every summer.

First Time Staying at Blue Surf

We were very pleased with the unit at Blue Surf. The two bedroom unit provided ample space for our family. We were booked to stay a week, but inquired about staying an extra two days. No one was arriving and we got to enjoy the beach an extra two days. We will definitely be staying at Blue Surf again!

Excellent accomadations

I have been coming to Destin for vacation for 10+ years. We as a family can't afford 2000+ a week for lodging. This location is convenient, the condo is clean and the view is amazing. I'm already trying to book for next year.
