Tops'l Beach Manor vacation rentals

We came 7/16 to 7/20. The pictures don't do this place justice! The view to the beach when you walk in is just amazing. It was very clean and beds were comfy. The shower supplies provided were of high quality. the rental came with 2 umbrellas and 3 chairs to take to the beach. There is a locker on the 1st floor that holds all of this for you so you don't have to haul it up to the condo. There is a bin of toys and floats before accessing the beach that TOPS'L provides for anyone to take and bring back at your leisure, so no need to buy beach toys if you have kiddos. we spent every day at the beach so we didn't even use the other amenities. We already want to come back and stay for a week so we can do everything. fully stocked kitchen and all appliances worked great. We will absolutely come back again!

The property is above all expectations. There are 2 deficiencies. The door handle on the clothes dryer comes off making it difficult to open the door and the mattress on the small bed is worn out. It sags toward the middle making the bed very uncomfortable.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Beach Manor. This condo was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in while at Beach Manor after staying in various units for the past 10-12 years. We had great views from the 14th floor and even had a fireworks show right in the window from a few hotels down the beach. This condo was stocked with trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, laundry baskets, full length mirror, etc. that just normally isn’t provided in other beach manor units. The floors could have been cleaner but given that it’s the beach, sand and grime is inevitable. The bathrooms were clean. The beds could use two pillows per guest but overall, we would absolutely stay in the unit again.

Had a great stay at Beach Manor. Everything was setup well, and family had a wonderful time for spring break. Clean, convenient, and fantastic location near lots of activity, but can also find quiet with nature preserve just past the few beach houses to the east. Would definitely book again.

Easy check in! Very nice place with beautifully decorated. Small things noticed but not a big deal- guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced. Bathroom towel bar was broken. TV in living room couldn’t get regular stations Overall great place to stay and would recommend.

We’ve stayed at three different Beach Manor at Tops’l units over the course of four years, and #701 was the best so far! The decor is lovely, the updated kitchen is well-stocked and functional (and I LOVED the pink cookware!) Everything was cleaner then I expected for a beach rental. The two balconies and different views was a great aspect of this corner unit. And listen—THE MASTER BED WAS HEAVEN, especially the pillows! I couldn’t even drag myself out of it for a morning beach walk. I inspected the pillows so that I can buy similar ones for home. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and I can’t recommend this particular unit highly enough.
