Exceptional location right off High Street, a block from the waterfront, and across the street from two very nice restaurants with excellent food (No. 12 Bistro, Zittos). Only real issue was that internet was out for the entire week we were here, but that was out of the control of the property manager; restored the day we left. Would stay there again!
A lovely, spacious and well maintained home. good amount of kitchen items to facilitate cooking and eating in if wanted. plus dishwasher!Groceries and a host of lovely shops in walking distance.Would definitely recommend and visit again.
The flat was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches. Tea cups, and a tea pot with everything we needed was set out for us when we arrived was a lovely touch. It is great location, so close to the harbor. And of course, North Berwick is wonderful.
Great stay and location during the Fringe by the sea festival. Flat is great, spacious and welcoming. It can be a bit noisy outside with deliveries appearing to the local businesses first thing so wouldn’t recommend if you want a lie in but we wanted to be up and about early so didn’t affect us.
Lovely property in great location. Ideal for restaurants, bars and the harbour. Easy walk to train station from property. Well looked after property, would highly recommend it.
The property was comfortable and very well appointed. It was centrally located and close to the harbour and town. We had a wonderful few days in North Berwick. Parking was easy & close by.
Lovely location just off the high street. Check and communication were great and lots of local parking (inc. EV charging - quite a few where you need your own cable), Apartment was lovely, very comfortable and plenty of room for the four of us. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property in the heart of town, with adjacent free parking. Many restaurants , bars and shops within easy walking distance, as well as the harbour and excellent Lobster Shack
Well situated in the centre of North Berwick and very nice facilities. We used it as a base for a golf holiday and had no complaints at all. Milk, biscuits and tea/coffee on arrival were very welcome too!
Property very well located to explore North Berwick and whole coastline. Very clean , tidy and quiet even though close to restaurants, few minor issues but overall very good and a great place to spend a week

Great property, located in the heart of North Berwick. Good place to base yourself if you plan to explore East Lothian & Edinburgh. Property had all the amenities as listed.
We enjoyed our stay in North Berwick. The apartment was lovely, just like the photos. The space was very clean and nicely furnished. All questions were answered promptly and Mandy was a pleasure to work with.
The location is close to great restaurants and shops! We even took the 3 mile walk (one way) back and forth to Tantallon Castle. We would definitely recommend a stay in this pretty place!
The facilities in this apartment were far more than just a regular holiday house. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Heating, bedding and general comfort were all a real treat for our family which ranged from toddler to pensioners. It was a quiet end of town with very easy access to shops, restaurants and the sandy beach.
