Nice, modern and very central apartment! On the ground floor: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with large shower and two sinks. Secondary bedroom, also spacious, with two single beds. Guest bathroom and large entrance with access to the upper floor. On the upper floor: spacious and open living-kitchen with windows overlooking the city of Arguineguín, small service and laundry room. All open to a very large outdoor terrace with seating area, outdoor shower and sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the city and the sea. Access to the building by a pedestrian street, with elevator and very quiet. Neighbors mostly of Nordic origin. Five minute walk to reach the sea.

Beautiful Apartment

The property is very roomy, very well appointed, much quieter than expected given its central location and in a very good location near the harbor, restaurants, taxi stand and bus stop. Linn, the manager was very pleasant to deal with. There was a view of the Atlantic ocean from a very spacious terrace. The only things we found lacking are summary English language notes on "how to" use the property effectively and "where to" go and take things like garbage. Some English TV channels would also be appreciated.

Best apartment, best venue

We've srayed here a few times before, which speaks volumes. It is like a home from home. There is nothing better than sitting on the large roof terrace, with a glass of wine, watching the world go by. Arguineguin is a great starting point for cycling routes, long and short. Comfortable, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. This visit we stayed in two centres, and, while the other location was very good, it brought home how solid and private the Arguineguin apartment is. No noise from neighbouring aoartments and the roof terrace is surprisingly private. Good selection of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. This is a proper town.

Super lejlighed

Rigtig god beliggenhed, i hyggelig by der ikke er for stor, men alligevel med folkeliv. Kort til stranden, mange gode caféer. Lejligheden er rigtig godt indrettet, og den store terrasse er bare så god, mulighed for masser af sol, men også for skygge når det er et behov. Kæmpe Spar i stueetagen. Hvis vi skal finde en mangel, så mangler der en saks 🥴- vi kommer med glæde igen 🤩

Vielen lieben Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat auch alles! Aber am meisten hat uns natürlich die super schöne Terasse gefallen, wo man schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnte. Nicht mal in 5 Minuten war man am Strand. vielen Dank! Es war ein sehr schönes Urlaub.

This property is a real home from home. Very comfortable and well equipped with a fabulous terrace to enjoy sun all day and to relax and watch the sun go down in the evening. Ideally situated for all amenities ie. shops, restaurants, bars and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Close to transport links to explore the island. Just great!

Fabulous location and terrace

Very well equipped apartment with a few treats on arrival. Great location and sun terrace with beds, chairs and cushions were well used. Would definitely use again if in that area.

Rymligt, fräscht, bekvämt och nära till allt

En ljus och fräsch hörnlägenhet med mycket utsikt i två plan med en härlig stor terrass där 4 personer kan leva obehindrat med alla bekvämligheter och nära till det mesta runt hörnet. Vi var mycket nöjda och kommer garanterat tillbaks.

Stunning apartment in convenient location

This spacious apartment on two floors really has a wow factor! At the entry level - there is an excellent Spar at ground floor level - the spacious hall gives access to the two large and bright bedrooms and bathrooms and the stairs to the kitchen / lounge and the massive roof terrace. We absolutely loved this apartment. Arguineguin has a number of good restaurants and a very pleasant seafront promenade. We would definitely come back.

Novembervecka i lugna Arguinegin

Lägenheten låg mycket centralt men sovrummen låg bra placerade. Nära till välutrustad affär.All utrustning man kan tänkas behöva fanns i lägenheten. Hjälp även med transfer.
