Great location! Excellent restaurants nearby- walkable to shopping, the beach, museums and art galleries.Gina was SO helpful when we arrived. Very sweet and welcoming.

Das Unterkunft ist quasi nur ein lang geschnittenes Zimmer, keine Türen oder Trennwände (ausser zum Bad). Aber sauber und gut gelegen, aber im EG.

Tolle Unterkunft , sehr zentral in Palma

-Nah zum Centrum von Palma und ebenfalls nah zum Strand ( beides circa 10 min ) Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe ( Geschäfte, Apotheke, City , Strand , Spielplätze, Bushaltestellen, Cafés/ Restaurants … ) -sehr gute Kommunikation über wapp -Check in mit den Schlüsseln in der Box ( niemand muss extra kommen) - Erinnerung vor der Abreise. -wir hatten Bettbezüge leider nur für ein Bett. -Uns haben die Geschirr Tücher gefehlt. -Wasserhahn im Bad war wackelig. -keine Steckdose für den Toaster oder Wasserkocher direkt in der Küchenzeile.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place in the center. The old town and the beach are within walking distance. The host is very communicative and very helpful when it comes to recommendations. The check-in was very easy and they made very detailed instructions for us to follow to get the key. All in all a great stay.

Hemos estado tres noches, pareja con dos niños, y no nos ha faltado de nada. Todo muy cerca. Las instalaciones más que suficientes y con muy buen gusto. Ha sido un placer. Quizás la limpieza podría mejorar un poco. No es para preocuparse, aunque al fijarnos detalladamente habían ciertos lugares mejorables respecto a la limpieza.

Excellent

The apartment was well located in the beautiful old town. It is about 8 minutes walk to the coast and then a further 5 minutes to a beach. There is a playground on the way. The service provided by the company was incredible. They were so clear in their communication and went the extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable. We were ground floor but it wasn't too noisy and felt very secure. Facilities were great. Price at the time of year we went - early Nov - was also excellent. There was very little we didn't like. The electricity tricked out a couple of times but there is a fuse box you can easily access. We had to child proof it a little (put the knives in a less easy place to reach).

Die zentrale Lage war top, aber die Wohnung hatte aus unserer Sicht folgende Probleme: Hellhörigkeit und Lautstärke. Unsere Kritik an der Sauberkeit haben wir der Agentur mitgeteilt.
