Ubicación excelente. La vista es increible. La cocina muy bien equipada. En general todo muy correcto. Incluiría una luz en la cocina que no hay y por la noche, la luz de la sala es insuficiente para la zona de cocina. Debido a la exposición de la casa al viento y al sol, mejoraría mantenimiento exterior de la madera, iluminación exterior zona piscina y marquesinas de ventanas que alguna no cierra bien. Al estar orientada a oeste, el sol da de pleno y quizás estaría bien alargar el porche o poner una vela o algo que tape un poco el sol. El toldo existente no se puede usar si hace un poco de viento y la sombrilla no es lo bastante resistente.

The pool area and the view was second to none. Stunning! Facilities were good but some areas looked a little tired, probably due to covid that maintenance has suffered a bit. Could have done with more sun loungers, as there were only 3, and a better shower in the en-suite which had to be hand held. But generally loved the villa and the area. Would recommend this villa.

Mahón, the main city of the island, is only 20 kilometers away. Restaurants, shops, walks through its magnificent harbor and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an indispensable visit of your vacation.
