Beautiful waterfront home with big, private pool close to Tigertail Beach.

Walk to the beach from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, nicely furnished in light neutral tones. Huge heated pool with large deck for sunbathing, Southern exposure overlooking a lovely bay. Completely remodeled throughout, tiled living areas, spacious kitchen, family room. Great location close to restaurants and shopping and only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach.

Marco Island is a small island (3.5 miles wide by 6 miles long) on the Southwest coast of Florida (next to the 10,000 islands), the warm and calm waters of the Gulf make boating a pleasurable experience, the beautiful white sandy beaches and the fabulous sunsets are what make Southwest Florida special. Besides the boating, fishing and beaches Marco also has something for everyone; shopping, dining, shelling or just chilling out.

You can rent a boat at the marina, take a shuttle to Key West, or catch a sunset cruise. Bikes are included with the rental and you may also rent a tandem, a scooter and go exploring around the island. For the adventurous type there is also parasailing, wave runners, a trip to the Everglades to check out the alligators. Our waterways are filled with good fishing, plenty of playful dolphins and once in a while you can catch a glimpse of our protected manatees. Overall, those that visit Marco once come back time and time again... You will too!

Everything was exactly as described and check in and check out very smooth. Any time we had a question, it was answered quickly! The location was great because we had a car so could easily get around anywhere but also be a bit away from the extra crowded area or spring breakers by hotels. Pool warm and clean, my husband loved fishing off dock and house had everything you needed to cook, go to beach, bike ride (included!) for ice cream and stay comfortably for 5 nights! Loved it and would return again ;)

Perfect Vacation

Perfect house and location for our family get-a-way. Family loved the pool, its bigger than many hotel pools and deeper, big plus for the older kids. Walkable to Tigertail Beach. Everything is so close. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed.

Perfect Marco Island Holiday

This property is perfectly positioned on the Island for both Tigertail Beach and many restaurants. The house is so well thought out and extremely well appointed. Spotless. Pool and dock face south so you really don’t even need to leave. I mini resort if you will. On top of all that the host it very attentive. Will be back.

Beautiful house and property

We loved the pool and the deck on the canal. The house was very clean, well maintained. Checkin process was very easy and the owner was very easily accessible to answer questions. The house is also located very close to tiger tail beach.

This home is gorgeous! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! I mean IMPECCABLY! Beautiful lay out. Beautiful location. Home is decorated warmly and you feel like you're at home! Amazing home near Tigertail Beach

So many wonderful things to say about this property. This house was the cleanest home I have ever rented, with was especially comforting traveling during Covid. Spacious rooms, the largest pool ever, and every amenity was provided. We had such a relaxing week, swimming, shelling, and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Marco. The owner was super easy to work with and even allowed us to extend our stay by one night so that we didn't have to move to a hotel for our last night. We can't wait to return!!

Perfect vacation!

We stayed here with our 2 adult children and all 4 of us had an amazing time! The house has everything we needed. Checking in/out was so easy and great communication with the owner. The pool was amazing! The view amazing. Close to the beach as well! We will definitely be returning. Only negative- which really isn’t a negative- was the pool guy came to clean the pool and we weren’t aware he was coming so we were just surprised when we came into the pool area. We highly recommend this house for the perfect vacation!

Fantastic first stay in Marco Island!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay here! Check-in was simple, and the neighborhood is quiet with beautiful homes. Upon arrival, we quickly noted the home was INCREDIBLY clean. We appreciated that basic items, such as dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, were available to use. The outdoor area and pool are stunning and were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view after spending a day at the beach. There are even a couple of fishing rods to use right off the dock; our son caught a few catfish which was fun. Arild was a top notch host who quickly answered the few questions that we had during our stay. His communication was excellent! We would absolutely rent this home again!

House was clean and had plenty of open space. Instructions for the house were perfect. Kitchen had everything one needed. Plenty of towels. Pool and canal front was absolutely perfect, although pool became very cloudy by the end of the week. The mid-week pool cleaning was not sufficient. Walk to Tigertail beach was almost 30 minutes because you had to walk around a lagoon first. We actually liked Southbeach better, but parking is tough. Having bikes on the premise was great, but there were no locks so you couldn’t bike someplace to shop or go to the beach. We rented kayaks for the week, which worked out great on the canals. All in all, thumbs up! It was a perfect family vacation.

Perfect Marco Island Home

This lovely home is even nicer than the pictures. It's very spacious with two living areas, dining room and modern, well-stocked kitchen. The pool and covered outdoor area is large, the pool is nice and deep. The pool is heated, although it took a few days to get it to a swimmable temperature after a few unusually cold days in Florida. Excellent communication with the host. Home is about .6 miles to Tigertail Beach parking lot, but probably more like a mile to the actual beach. We tended to use our car a lot to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and beaches nearby, but we really enjoyed just relaxing at home in the quiet neighborhood. We stay in at least 3-4 "home rentals" a year, and this is one of our favorites.

Perfect vacation home!

We were looking for a place where our family of 6 could relax and hang out . This house was perfect for us. There were two nice living areas but the highlights were the large screened pool area and patio areas with grill and dining table. We basically lived outside and since it was all screened, we had no bugs. The kids were in the pool constantly. The home was the best equipped and supplied of any the many vacation homes that we have rented. Communication with the owner was excellent and in this time of Covid, we were reassured by the extra cleaning that is done between tenants. We felt very safe. Beds were comfy, house was spotless, couldn't have been better. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous location- completely stocked for every need

Just spent two fabulous weeks in Marco. This house was perfect- a short bike ride to Tiger Tail (they have bikes!), Residents beach, etc. Neighborhood is quiet but just mins from everything on the island. We were there for Christmas and I wondered if the kitchen would be stocked to make a big dinner- they had everything! Dishes, cookware, serving pieces, bakeware, etc. Most places we have stayed have the bare minimum, this was stocked for those who want to be able to feel like they are at home. House has great layout with family room separated from bedrooms so those who want to stay up late don't bother everyone else. Pool is large with a great patio that offers covered and uncovered space. Great dock for sunning and fishing. Can't say enough about how wonderfully the owners communicate. Any question was answered quickly via email, even with a multiple time zone difference. When we had issue with pool heater, they had someone there same day to resolve. Super responsive. Would book again without any hesitation. So much better than staying at a hotel with plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and enjoy the holidays. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful home!

This home was lovely and immaculate. Spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor area with the pool was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Super clean home

The house was so clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pictures do not do the house justice. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was huge! Will definitely be returning to this home!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at Arild's place for 2022 Thanksgiving week. Very clean house with a great pool. Would have been a 5 star rating but there were some issues with the pool heat and the cable was out when we arrived. Arild did a great job getting those issues resolved to the extent they could by our 2nd day at the house. Thanks for hosting us Arild.

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Marco Island for many years 30+. Our family has grown and outgrown condo rental. We needed more space for my grandchildren to play. The property was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Everything you needed was readily available. Dishes and glassware were beautiful. Owner was amazing to work with, and very easily reached. Move in process was so easy, much easier than going thru a Relator to get the Keys for the property. I would recommend this property very highly… but please take care of it!!! We certainly did. August Renter 2022.
