Sunrise to Sunset views from corner Balcony

Enjoy Sunrises & Sunsets from the corner balcony of our 2 BR 2 Bath Oceanfront end unit Condo. A great place for your golf get-away or family vacation. San-A-Bel features all direct waterfront units, an over sized hot tub with sun tanning patio, an in-door pool with exercise room above, all overlooking the great beach. Our unit is an end unit giving it more windows and a larger wrap-a-round balcony. It is located on the side of the building next to the pool so you can look down below to see who is sunning themselves on the patio. Because our unit is on the south side of the building, it receives the maximum amount of sun. We have 3 flatscreen TVs, Wireless Internet, all full size appliances including washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths. It is clean, well furnished and equipped. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING OR RENT LINENS (sheets and towels; all other bedding is provided. 7 night stays Saturday to Saturday are preferred. For your security property is equipped with a Ring doorbell.

We prefer to rent on a Saturday to Saturday schedule but can make some changes from time to time, usually between October to March. Check with us if you want a different arrangement. We do offer discounts for longer stays.


Crescent Beach: When you look out the windows or from the balcony you can see why the name 'Crescent' was chosen for the beach. The obvious crescent shape of the beach is what you'll observe from our windows. It is a spectacular view during the day when the sun is shining and in the evening as well when the moonlight glows against the waves and the lights appear on the beach. Vendors are close by that have great sand bikes to rent during the day to go ride on the beach. For the more adventuresome, there are banana boat rides and parasailing just a few steps from our beach. The lifeguards are out early in the morning and will rent you a large umbrella and beach chairs. The pool is a great place to relax in any weather - it is heated and indoor. It stays very comfortable year round.

Favorite Places: You'll find you won't have enough time in a week to do all that you'd like, there is so much to enjoy in the Myrtle Beach area. Barefoot Landing, just 3 miles from our place and Broadway at the Beach about 10 miles are 2 great spots to go for shopping, dining, mini golf and clubs. The Alabama Theater at Barefoot Landing has a great variety show. Broadway at the Beach has a great variety of adult clubs for evening entertainment. Crocodile Rocks has dueling piano players who are fantastic. There are a multitude of great places to shop if that is your thing. In Little River, about a 10 minute drive there, is a great winery that has tours, a nice gift shop and wine tasting. My absolute favorite place to visit is Brookgreen Gardens - a 300 acre former rice plantation - incredible gardens filled with sculptures.

Location: Charleston is about an hour and half away and makes a great day trip. There you can take a bus, mule or walking tour and see some fantastic architecture. All the tours are great.

We had the best family vacation at this property. The location is perfect due to the quick walk to the beach, and short drive to restaurants and entertainment. The location was perfect. Right on the beach with quick easy access. View of the ocean is spectacular from the bacony. The condo is very convenient to shopping and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Very well furnished with all necessities of home and well stocked with kitchen appliances and tableware. The building is quiet and everyone was very friendly. Owners super helpful and great to dealt with. Location is perfect with easy access to beach and surrounding activities. Plus the Banana boat and hang gliders are directly in front of you on the beach. I would certainly stay here again.

I cant say enough about the view! Having an end unit that was open was wonderful. The views of the sunsets were amazing. We couldnt see the sunrise as it was beyond the curve of the beach. Also, ironic that we had a cresent moon at Cresent Beach while there. Getting to the beach was a breeze but sitting on the patio, having a cup of coffee, and watching the dolphins was just fabulous.

This was the perfect place for us to return to after long days visiting family in the myrtle beach area. It had all the comforts of home with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. There is plenty of shopping spots and restaurants near by as well!

Excellent family vacation!

We had an amazing time! The place was absolutely what we needed. It had an abundance of everything. Bowls, plates, cups etc. The place was clean, there was always hot water for our showers. It was clean and the view was top notch! The beach was just steps away from the clean and warm ocean. Teri and Mike were great hosts and we would definitely recommend their place!

Great Location

Perfect Location on North Myrtle Beach. The balcony had a great view, as described, but we we spent our time on the beach!! The property hot tub was a nice bonus. Maintenance staffer was very friendly. Within minutes of great restaurants and convenient shopping. Mini mart, ice cream and restaurant all right at the intersection of we didn’t want to drive. Would definitely stay again.

Teri was awesome in returning my many messages in regard to concerns we had before our arrival. But our arrival and parking went great! Parasailing right outside on the beach! We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to stay an additional night! We will definitely be back!!

I know this review is a year after our stay, but I just wanted to express how much we enjoyed our stay. This condo is perfect for a family of 4-6. It was clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was the balcony! We enjoyed sitting out there in the early mornings and evenings watching the kids play on the beach and in the ocean. This place really can't be beat for location and price. We're most likely going to come back next year and make some new memories. Thanks!

Great time in North Myrtle beach

Property was clean, well-supplied, decorative, and in a good location. We loved the fact you can see the sunrise and sunset from our corner location. Teri & Mike were absolutely the best hosts. Communication was great. Due to a previous storm, the table and chairs on the balcony were damaged and missing, and within a couple of days they had a new set delivered to replace them. Store's and restaurants are close by. The beds are very comfy, and we never stayed at a place where the bedroom ceiling fan didn't make some kind of noise. This one was very quiet. Do yourself and family a favor, when in N. Myrtle Beach, this is the place to stay.

Nice condo & great location.

The condo is well taken care off, equipped with everything you need & is very clean. This unit is on the 3rd floor and is a corner unit which is absolutely great for best view of the ocean. Bed was comfortable and view from master bedroom was great. Parking is in an enclosed area and plentiful. There are 2 bar & grills on either side of the building & an ice cream shop in walking distance. Owners of this condo are extremely nice and accommodating. Thanks Teri for letting us rent your awesome condo!

We pride ourselves in keeping our vacation condo and clean, comfortable and attractive so that we as well as ourselves can enjoy our vacations. Although we prefer to rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis we do make exceptions and we offer incentives for longer stays. We have been renting our unit via this website since we purchased in 2001.

Why they chose this property

It was important for us to have a place directly on the beach and just as important to have a structure that can withstand the elements. SanABel gave us the concrete structure we wanted along with the amenities we felt were "must haves"; a parking garage, elevators and indoor pool. When we purchased our unit there were a few units for sale in the building. All had the same basic design. We were happy with what we saw but wanted a little more - an end unit with more light, windows and more open balcony. We were super excited to find and purchase our unit which checked ALL the boxes on our wish list. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found what has been the perfect unit for us.
