We found the cottage to be completely charming. The cottage was solid and cozy, beautifully decorated in a lovely setting with sweeping views. We enjoyed watching twin fawns playing in the front yard each evening. Everything needed to be comfortable and to make simple meals was right there. The location was out enough to be quiet while close in enough to easily go to town. We appreciate that our host took time to visit with us a bit and make sure that we had what we needed.
We get away each year for our Anniversary and like exploring new areas. The Bitterroot Mountains and the surrounding area is beautiful. The accommodations were perfect.

The property was clean and tidy, small but worked great even with three people. Great views and the owners were very accomodating.

It was a beautiful "little house" in a convenient setting. It was clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this property. If we're in the area again, we will definitely check to see if this property is available. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located, this place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds are beautiful and loved sitting outside enjoying the views and watching the deer grazing. The hosts are onsite and very helpful. You have your own stand alone cabin and have plenty of space and privacy.

Cute cottage. Close to family homestead. Gave us time with family but with our own space for the night.

We are serious photographers and we spend a great deal of time in the outdoors photographing wildlife and birds. There isn't a road in the Valley we haven't been on. We can help you decide where to go and what to do while you're here. And if you're thinking of relocating to the Bitterroot Valley, we have a great realtor we can recommend. Feel free to ask!
Why they chose this property
We landed in the Bitterroot Valley in 2007 after growing up and living in western Washington most of our lives. We kept gravitating to Montana every chance we got. The open spaces, climate, nice people, rich history and overwhelming beauty made it irresistible. We are so happy to call the Bitterroot Valley our home.
What makes this property unique
We chose to live here for the beauty, wildlife and the views. We spend as much time outdoors as possible. Our bucket list grows each year as there is so much to see with not enough time to fit it all in! But we try.
