Cozy cottage in downtown Hamilton in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley.

Our fully renovated cottage is one block off Main Street in Downtown Hamilton. Just a few blocks from the stores, restaurants and bars of Hamilton. Walk to dinner or grab coffee and breakfast on your morning stroll. If you’re visiting during the summer or early fall don’t miss the Hamilton Farmers Market on Saturdays!

Do you like to fish or float the river? The Bitterroot River is just several blocks from our home. There are trailheads with in minutes of Hamilton for your hiking and biking pleasure. For the wintertime, we have Lost Trail Ski Area just under one hour away. Do you want to snowmobile? We have several local companies we can recommend.

We have set up our sweet little cottage to be the perfect getaway and base camp for any season of the year. The Bitterroot Valley has year round adventures.

The cottage has a fully fenced and secure yard plus two dedicated parking spots. We have everything you need to enjoy a quiet weekend or longer vacation in the spectacular surroundings of Montana.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be downtown. You will be close to local shopping and a walk to the fairgrounds. Lots of deer in the neighborhood.

Charming and Cozy

Came to Hamilton for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great to walk into town to grab some food or a coffee and explore. Check in was easy as was checkout. Amy was super responsive and gave great recommendations for places to be sure to check out while we were there. Would recommend!

This comfy cottage was perfect for our 3 day stay in Hamilton. I the outdoor patio for morning coffee!! It had everything you need for eating in and was walking distance to several eateries. Amy was super responsive to any questions. Very relaxing!!

We came to visit my fiancées home town. We loved the cottage. It was close to everything and had what we needed. The host was wonderful and quick to respond. We will stay here again.

Great location to the heart of Hamilton. Just a short walk to shops, the Saturday Market, the fairgrounds. We attended the fair and rodeo. Restaurants are expensive so having our own kitchen is a big plus. Property seems to have been recently upgraded and was spotless.

Nice cozy cottage

The two of us were completely comfortable but needed to also use the sofa bed, which was easy & comfy. The bathroom & shower are quite tiny but functional. Cute little backyard area that is well-fenced for privacy. Amy is a wonderful host and responds quickly. I would very much recommend this property!

Wedding Stay

Our family of 3 had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. The place is quite small but it was just fine for myself, husband and our almost 2 year old. We really enjoyed the back patio in the evenings and the great location! We walked downtown several times. The space is clean, well stocked, and quiet. Amy was great with communication and even let us check in early.

The Little Quiet Place

Being familiar with Hamilton, I knew the area was safe but I didn’t realize how quiet the cottage would be. The inside of the cottage was everything I expected from a VBRO. Clean, modern upgrades such as TV and WiFi. The bedroom was more vintage and the bathroom was a mix of the two. There is a little kitchenette that does come in handy on Mondays and Tuesdays when not much is open in the evenings. The bathroom is a bit tight and if you played an offensive tackle in school, it might be too tight for you. Great yard, would have been better to share with my wife, if she would have traveled with me. Please don’t be shocked if you see someone from the show Yellowstone around town or even meet someone who works on the set. The Bitterroot Valley is incredible. I have always enjoyed the people too. Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you. Cheers!

My husband and I have owned property in the Bitterroot Valley for over twenty years. We love all that this area provides especially the outdoor activities, such as: hiking, mountain biking, exploring the many backroads, hunting, fishing, kayaking. There are rodeos and great community activities. Check out the Daly Mansion or the Historic St. Mary’s Mission in Stevensville.
Go skiing, snowshoeing, or rent some snowmobiles if you visit in the winter.
