Maria Apartment - Elégance et charme au centre

L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un élégant immeuble florentin de la Via del Moro. Accès à l'étage avec ascenseur ou escalier, comme vous préférez.
Depuis l'entrée que vous partagez avec un autre appartement, vous pouvez accéder au vôtre; les deux appartements ont une entrée séparée et donc leur intimité.
L'appartement dispose d'un salon / cuisine entièrement équipé, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une chambre très élégante et de deux grands lits simples sur la mezzanine, tous ouverts.
TRES IMPORTANT
- Nous avons l'auto-enregistrement afin qu'après la réservation, vous recevrez un mail avec tous les détails d'accès;
- vous devrez payer la taxe de séjour de 3 € par personne et par nuit, ce sera 4 € par personne et par nuit à partir du 1er janvier 2020, conformément à la législation en vigueur

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. This apartment is very conveniently located (close to the train station and many of the major sites). Maria the host was very easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was in a great spot and close to many notable locations. I thought the check in process could’ve improved, mainly by requesting guest information well ahead of the day of check in.

The location is great, walking distance to all attractions. Clean rooms. The upstairs is a nice extension, and can sleep three people. The host is very responsive to any questions.

Near the train station so the location is completely walkable. Apartment was quiet w/AC. Great restaurant— Trattoria Dall’Oste nearby— which I highly recommend

Amazing trip in Florence, italy

We had amazing trip in Florence, Italy. Mrs. Maria is really nice to answer my questions and even book taxis for my family to Florence airport earlier morning 4 AM. Her apartment is cozy and beautiful, easy access to all museums, cathedral and restaurants etc. I will highly recommend to stay at Mrs. Maria apartment.

Great location!

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The location is great for walking to many of the popular spots. One flight of stairs up to the flat, but there is also an elevator. The virtual key access was tricky for me as my cell signal wasn’t great in the alley, but the cleaning person was able to let me in so I could get the keys. We had no issues with the keys. It was easy to contact the property manager.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at Maria's apartment. It is in a great location between Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the Arno River. The apartment is very clean and provided everything we needed for a family of 4 and 6-nights stay. We loved the interior decorations! Two big advantages for staying here: elevator for the luggage and air conditioning! Maria was fantastic at communicating. Only advise to international travellers, please make sure you have cell and data upon arrival so that communication is easier. Also, I'm learning to use Whatsapp which is key for communicating. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to return someday soon!

Good location. Clean but no privacy for guests.

Good communication with host.The property was very clean and is in a good location and walkable to major sites. However, our check-in time was for 3 PM, but we could not check in until 4 pm because the apartment was not ready. Host let us keep our luggage in the foyer until it was ready. The beds were comfortable, however, the upstairs had a large ceiling beam that two of us hit our head on. The loft and the downstairs bedroom were separated by a sheer curtain. So there is no privacy for anyone staying in the downstairs bedroom. There is no living room. Overall, a decent stay.

Bare minimum

While the location was good and the unit was clean, getting access was very confusing. Fortunately for us after a 22 hour trip to get to Florence a neighboring rental couple came along and helped us get in. The hall way was dark and there are two step transitions that you can’t see. It would be very helpful to have the keys labeled and the doors identified. There was no living room area just the kitchen table. The sleeping areas up above the one bedroom is open to below. Not optimal. As the light shines thru so you can’t sleep. The single bed sleeping areas was open to the kitchen below and I had to duck so that I didn’t hit my head. The spiral staircase was difficult and so narrow. I felt the unit was misrepresented by previous guests in the comments.

L’appartement était très bien situé toutefois un peu de peinture de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Les indications pour le chauffage n’étaient pas très claires. Maria fut d’une grande aimabilité !
