Se encuentra en un encantador cruce de carreteras con la principal Via dei Calzaiuoli, la calle famosa por sus numerosas tiendas comerciales y de moda que conectan la Piazza della Signoria y el Duomo.
El Museo de los Uffizi y la Piazza della Signoria están a 50 metros de nosotros ya 100 metros. Usted estará en la Piazza del Duomo. Literalmente En cinco minutos a pie llegarás al Ponte Vecchio.

Estamos orgullosos de ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes un apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor compuesto por un dormitorio principal con cama Kingsize y las mejores sábanas de algodón satinado y bolsas de almohadas. Esta habitación es como una mini suite dentro del apartamento principal, ya que tiene su propio baño y vestuario separados.
Otro dormitorio más pequeño con una cama que se convierte en dos camas individuales reales separadas y otro baño principal con ducha grande.

La casa está perfumada por las elegantes fragancias de EAU d'ITALIE

Nuestros baños están amueblados con accesorios Devon & Devon que los hacen muy funcionales y hermosos al mismo tiempo.

Después de un día de trabajo o placer en Florencia, puede relajarse en nuestra espaciosa sala de estar, donde puede comer cómodamente si desea cocinar, y tomar una deliciosa botella de vino toscano.

Se encuentra en el entrepiso segundo y medio piso sin ascensor de un edificio histórico florentino, pero con escalones bastante cómodos.
Los huéspedes que lleguen a nuestro apartamento serán recibidos por nosotros y llevaremos el equipaje por las escaleras.

Todas las ventanas traen mucha luz durante el día en cada habitación y miran la Via della Condotta y desde todas podemos ver la Via Calzaiuoli a solo 20 metros a la derecha.

Alessandro and his wife personally welcomed our family into his incredibly well maintained apartment. He even provided an exceptional list of their favorite local places. The apartment is in a wonderful location just around the corner from the Piazza della Signoria where we heard nightly concerts under the Loggia. The apartment itself is clean and updated. The beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence, and I highly recommend this apartment.

Best Vrbo we stayed in while in Italy

We loved this apmt. Alessandro was an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and most importantly central to everywhere we needed to go. Air Conditioning was AMAZING! Highly recommend this Vrbo (the 52 steps to climb up to the apartment did not bother us at all - we all used back packs to travel (not suitcases)).Thank you Allessandro!

Great location

We lived this place. The location is ideal. About 2 min walk to uffizie and 5 min to duemo. We would go out and use the apt as a place to COOL down for a few min and head back out again!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence thanks to Allesandro! Not only was our stay comfortable, cool, clean and smelled lovely. He provided us with a great list of places we might enjoy! His recommendations were spot on! Beds were comfortable. Everything was great! We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this topped our list! Thank you for the wonderful home away from home! The location is perfect, just steps from two piazzas and a ton of shopping! The rooms and beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. Note this is on the 5th floor with no elevator, but the location makes it worth it!

Prefect location for visiting Florence

Great property. Very clean and has all the necessary amenities host was great. Took plenty of time to make sure we knew what/where/how ans answered all of our questions. Its on the 4th floor, so you'll get your steps in! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Property in a Great Location

If I am in Florence again, I will stay here......This property was the best one during our two-week stay in Italy. It has been updated, with memory foam mattresses and very comfortable pillows. The location was great; we were minutes from the Duomo, shopping, and food. Our host, Alessandro, welcomed us, provided details about the property, and provided information on restaurants, laundry services, taxis, etc. The walk to and from the train station is not bad, about a 15-20 minute walk and not too difficult.

Wonderful Place…

This was the best VRBO I’ve stayed at in Florence. The owner is wonderful—very helpful and communicative. He takes pride, too, in his property—which is centrally located in Florence. It is on the 3rd floor (lots of stairs!). My only negative comment is that the shower is very small—made even smaller because of the waterfall shower (which in essence cuts the space in half). It would help to have the shower nozzle on one end of the shower (vs in the middle). Even with that, I’d stay here again, as it is an excellent and well kept apartment.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful, and CLEAN apartment and so close to everything. Plenty of space for four adults, and has all the amenities. The beds were sooooo comfortable. Communication between Alessandro and Nermin was easy and the check-in and check-out process was a piece of cake. The stairs up to the apartment are easy to navigate, but definitely not for the faint of heart. However, the location was worth every step! Be aware if you're a big person, the shower is a tight space! My husband and son-in-law are both 6'2" and muscular. They had to squeeze into the shower. But again...the location was worth the squeeze! This place is a definite recommendation.

Florence stay

Great location and wonderful apartment close to everything you would want to see and experience in Florence. We had good communication with the host who was excellent to deal with and very welcoming. The apartment was well stocked, good layout and the two bathrooms (one shower) was very handy. We loved our time here.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic location and apartment! Allesandro and his wife were very thorough with check-in details and a personal tour of the apartment (as well as delicious food recommendations nearby). Surprisingly not too loud considering how centrally located it is. Beds are very comfortable!

Wonderful, cute, cozy apartment in the heart of Florence

Allesandro and his partner waited for us upon check-in and give us a nice quote of their beautiful apartment. Everything is clean and as advertised. We had no issues During our stay. Locations incredible and the restaurant downstairs is superb. We would absolutely stay here again in the future if we return to Florence. Around the corner from Piazza Vecchio. 5 mins walk to Duomo and Ufizzi.

You can walk to everything you want to see in Florence from this apartment. It is around the corner from the Piazza Vecchio and five minutes walk to the Duomo or Ufizzi. Two bathrooms but only a small shower in one of them. It is certainly a climb up the steps for several floors to the apartment (as warned by the host before you arrive). No elevator. Trash is around the block - not in the building. Apartment stayed cool with the AC. There was construction noise when we stayed (July 2024). Nice clean apartment in great location.

Nice place, outstanding location

This third-floor walk-up is just a short walk to almost everything you'll do in Florence -- and a 15-minute walk to the main train station (with luggage!) -- and this home is in the perfect location for your vacation in Florence. The street outside is mostly quiet for an in-city neighborhood because it's not one of the main roads and the nearby businesses do not draw crowds. The home has 2 BR and 1.5 bathrooms, the owners are wonderful and came over to show us everything about the place and provided tips for things to do and places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. We're not going back to Florence for a few years, but we would definitely stay here again.

We are a couple in life and for work. We love hospitality and share what Florence, Arezzo and Tuscany have to offer in terms of beauty and life pleasures. We normally work at our own collection of handicraft lifestyle products especially in the area of towels and blankets, called Aquatellus, which you can find on its Facebook page. In order to produce it we travel extensively through the Mediterranean and in particular in Anatolia. Before starting the venture of this apartment rental we have travelled around the world for work and also pleasure and in particular Asia, North America and a good part of Western Europe. We have learn a lot from the others watching what they were preparing for us and we have tried to transfer what these clever people in the hospitality world are normally offering to their customers/friends to make them feel at home.
Anyway it is our aim not to stop here as we will try to give more and more to our guests. We really hope that at the end of your stay, you will become also our international friends.

Siamo una coppia nella vita e nel lavoro. Amiamo l'ospitalità e condividere ciò che di bello Firenze, Arezzo e la Toscana hanno da offrire. Lavoriamo ad una collezione di prodotti artigianali per lifestyle che si chiama Aquatellus e per produrla andiamo a cercare artigiani in tutti i villaggi del bacino mediterraneo e in particolare in Turchia. Prima di cominciare con questo appartamento abbiamo girato il mondo per lavoro e per piacere in Asia e in America e Canada oltre a buona parte dell'Europa. Abbiamo imparato tanto dagli altri e cercato di prendere le cose buone di chi è bravo nel mondo dell'accoglienza. Comunque non ci fermeremo certo qui e vogliamo dare sempre il meglio e sempre di più ai nostri ospiti. Che speriamo diventeranno anche i nostri amici.
