Luxurious villa recently renovated, with high quality materials.
The views of the Val d'Elsa from the villa are spectacular and the interiors are of high quality.
270 sq m. The living room and dining room are spacious and very bright and there are comfortable sofas and a large wooden dining table. Large windows ensure that the incredible view is accessible at all times of the day and night. Wonderful terrace with veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped with table, stove, electric oven, microwave dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The villa has six double bedrooms all with private bathroom, all with shower - two of these bedrooms can be transformed into two single beds .. The overall impression of the villa is elegant and luxurious and that view is truly amazing.

The beautiful 6x12 m swimming pool, the large 1000 sq m garden are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun.
