The property was absolutely beautiful in a old world rustic way. Monica was a perfect host and answered all our questions. The pool was clean and the wine cellar was exceptional with all kinds of local wines at a reasonable price. If we ever .ake it back to tuscany we will come back. Our only problem was the road getting to the property. It was very rough, but we wa ted the country and we got it. Nearby towns were cute and had what we needed.

Our family of eleven had a wonderful stay. We loved the house and grounds especially the pool. The countryside around was stunning. We visited nearby Siena and San Gimignano as well as Florence. Monica was most welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location!

Casale del Bosco is a beautiful house and has a perfect location in central Tuscany. It offers lots of space for large groups and is well equipped with all amenities you need for your stay. Moreover , it has a large garden and beautiful views.

Beautiful home and perfect setup for our group of four couples traveling together. Wish we would have stayed longer. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything needed to cook our meals. Monica was fabulous!

Everything about this villa was perfection!! Monica was so lovely to work with and made the check in and check out process so easy! When you think Tuscany, this is exactly the home you think of. We were a group of 10 plus a baby and everyone had plenty of room for sleeping and having 4 bathrooms was great! AC was in all bedrooms which was the only way sleeping happened since the heat in July is very intense! The wine cellar was an absolute brilliant addition as we could select all types of wine that are from the area for very cheap and just paid cash for what we consumed at the end of our stay. The only critique would be having pool towels available since we had to use our shower towels which wasnt ideal but we made it work.5 nights was definitely not enough!!! Thank you so much Monica. Definitely a huge highlight of the trip was staying at this villa!!

A family group of 10 adults, we had a lovely week in this beautiful house which has amazing views of the surrounding countryside, comfortable beds with functioning air conditioning, a lovely pool and wine cave. Our host, Monica, was very attentive and helpful and did her utmost to ensure that we had a great week.

Absolutely gorgeous property, suited all our needs and immaculate. In the most beautiful location it was breathtaking. Heaven on earth, the pool, wine cellar and all of the outdoor space fabulous. Special thank you to Monica, we had the most wonderful welcome to her beautiful home, nothing was too much trouble. This is an absolute gem of a find.

We had an amazing time at the house

We had an amazing time at the house. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is very well stocked. One thing to note is that some of our party got badly bitten by mosquitoes while down at the pool so bring bug spray! Otherwise a fabulous stay, thank you!

Lovely experience in Tuscan hills

The house and hosts were wonderful. We had a stay of 9 days, and enjoyed it very much. If I were to come back, I would bring a functional coffee pot and would arrange for a midweek housekeeping service, as it was difficult to wash towels and sheets in the European facilities. Our hosts prepared a delicious meal for us one evening, and were very friendly.

lovely home in the country. Great layout for multiple people. Kitchen wonderful. Loved the dinner prepared by the onsite caretakers. Price more than reasonable. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Will rebook if we come back to Italy.

Retirement Celebration

The villa was lovely and the grounds were beautiful with superb views of Tuscany. There were two kitchens, so we were able to prepare wonderful meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and bigger than expected. They were actually queen size for the American market. We had a wonderful time. Great location to all the sites of Tuscany.

Great place for a family or group outing

Great place for a family or group outing. Well maintained house in a beautiful setting. The nearby village of Colle D'Elsa was an absolute gem. If you stay here you gotta try the outdoor pizza oven. It is fabulious. We made pizzas & chicken in the oven and a bistecca all Fiorentina on the grill. The caretaking couple responded quickly to any questions or issues. We, a group of nine, stayed 2 weeks and were never short of things to do.

Family vacation

We had such a wonderful time there and enjoyed every minute of our one week holiday there! The house is clean and spacious, all needed cooking equipment is there. Mostly we enjoyed the quiet and amazing view and the swimming pool! One highlight was also the authentic tuscan cooking evening Loretta prepared for us! Within a few minutes drive you are in the cute small towns in the area which are not crowded by tourists. Loretta was easy avaliable for all questions and communications. We would defenitely come back and recommend it to any family or large group who wnats to take in the realy tuscan countryside!

Italian countryside

Property came as advertised. Great location for a "get away from it all" experience. Only 3 miles to Casole d'Elsa for a few restaurants and a small grocery store with helpful staff. An upgrade to the linens and towels is in order as the sheets were well worn and the towels were small in typical European fashion. Property manager and her husband were wonderful. They also cooked 3 very good typical Tuscan dinners for us at very reasonable rates. Weather was conducive to letting in fresh air but lack of screens on doors prevented that. A/C in bedrooms was effcient for outside temps in the upper 80's

Our family group of 11 people had a wonderful time at Casale del Bosco

Our family group of 11 people had a wonderful time at Casale del Bosco. There is so much living space to enjoy, both inside and outside the house. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. There are 4 different kitchens, although I am not sure how you could possibly make use of 4 kitchens. The booking company helped arrange a cooking class on the property that was a highlight of our stay. For a very reasonable price per person, Amedeo and Margherita came to the house with all of the ingredients and materials for cooking an elaborate 4 course meal, including wine. We had tremendous fun making fresh pasta and other dishes. We enjoyed the finished meal outside at the large dining space, and then we were treated to an incredible musical performance. It was an incredible, memorable experience. From the property, we took easy day trips to Sienna and Florence, and we ventured into Casole d'Elsa for groceries and a few meals. The property is at the very end of a long, bumpy gravel road. It was a bit challenging to find for those that arrived in the dark of night, but only because they didn't continue all the way to the end of the road. My family would highly recommend staying at Casale del Bosco if you want to live out a Tuscan dream vacation.

Casale splendido, spazi interni ed esterni che sembrano non finire mai. Siamo stati in tre famiglie riunite e siamo stati davvero benedetti: tempo spettacolare per tutta la durata del soggiorno, bambini felici, adulti ancora più felici. La posizione è magnifica — a due passi da cantine, dal bellissimo borgo di Colle Val d'Elsa e da mille altri punti di interesse — ma onestamente è difficile trovare la voglia di uscire, perché al casale si sta troppo bene. Forno a legna, barbecue, lavanderia, e una vista sulle colline toscane che ti toglie il fiato ogni volta che alzi gli occhi. Ideale per gruppi di famiglie. L'unico piccolo rimpianto: la piscina era chiusa, essendo i primi giorni di aprile — apre a maggio. Nulla di cui lamentarsi, era scritto, ma ci torneremmo solo per quello. Servizio clienti impeccabile. La signora Monica è stata gentilissima e disponibile in ogni momento. Consigliatissimo.

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet; Küche könnte für eine größere Gruppe noch einen großen Topf und eine große Auflaufform vertragen - für 9 Personen war es schon knapp, für die amximal 13 Personen würde es keinesfalls ausreichen. Sonst war die Ausstattung gut, zwei große Küchlschranke mit Eisfach ließen uns auch Getränke problemlos kaltstellen könnenKontakt war sehr gut und immer für Fragen zu erreichen.Pool war im Oktober schon abgedeckt, daher keine Bewertzung für den Pool möglich - sieht allerding ansprechend aus.
