The Croft is a lovely converted apartment nestled in Heapey, near Chorley, Lancashire. All rooms are on the ground floor, hosting one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It also offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a gravelled area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. The Croft is an excellent choice for a countryside break to Lancashire.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Gravelled area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: There are steps leading up to the front door of the property.
