Thank you for your review of our cottage. We are happy to hear that you found the cottage to be charming, clean, and comfortable. We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed our sunsets which can be quite spectacular from the cottage's deck. And yes, star gazing can be quite nice as well. When we are there, we bring a telescope to look at the night sky. We are sorry to see that you took a star off due to our dune stairs that are described and pictured in our listing. We understand that the ascent may not be for everyone...but the return is the views that you enjoyed. It's good that you found the public beach to be convenient as an alternative to our association beach. Best, -Brice and Michelle
