Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 4 guests with sea views.
The views of the sea, the pier of Cala Bona and the mountains are, of course, the perfect companions for delicious breakfast on the terrace. From here you can feel the soft and cool breeze, and the authentic tranquility and peace of this coastal apartment.

The interior of this second floor flat, with elevator, is beautiful. Its amplitude, modernity and warmth delicately combined will suprise you. The living room is perfect to prepare your best meals or dinners and then rest on the sofa watching satellite TV. The kitchen offers ceramic hob and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe; one of them with two single beds and the second one with a trundle bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a toilet that services to the house. The apartment has a cot, high chair, washer, dryer, ironing board and table available.

The location is perfect for those who love the sea, as it is only 0.20 km away. It really is a dock that will invite you for a walk. In the area of Cala Bona you have all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket and much more. The nearest sandy beach is Sant Lloren��, at only 1.1 km away.

A very pleasant apartment, clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Loved the amazing views of the ocean, which was as close as described. Situated within easy walking distance to the lovely harbour area, a relaxing place to watch the world go by. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by or a stroll away. We could hear music from a local bar during the evenings, but it was OK for us.

The stylish ambiance, the wonderful pool (about 1.80 m deep at its deepest point), and the peaceful yet conveniently accessible location made our stay unforgettable. The beautifully designed outdoor area, with palm trees, cacti, and a variety of other Mediterranean plants, gives the place a very special charm. Inside, the finca left nothing to be desired: everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided – from kitchen appliances to dishes and cutlery. La vue et la proximite avec la plage et les restaurant est superbe. Place a priximite d un bar ouvert avec la musique jusqu'à 1h du matin tous les soirs. Un peu bruyant.

Perfekte Lage und atemberaubende Aussicht

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, dass es keinen Backofen gibt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Kinder haben am Strand gespielt während wir auf der Terrasse saßen und sie beobachten konnten. Parkplätze sind auch sehr nah und kostenlos. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Alles wie beschrieben. Preis-Leistung einfach Top!

Erste Reihe an der Strandpromenade an der Grenze von Cala Bona und Cala Millor. Supermercado für Grundversorgung im benachbarten Haus. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Benachbartes englisches Pub spielt jeden Abend sehr laut mit dröhnenden Bässen Musik (jeden Abend die gleiche) von 18 Uhr bis Mitternacht.

Homerti super - Wohnung ok

Der Veranstalter Homerti war super organisiert. Anfragen wurden sehr kurzfristig beantwortet. Die Wohnung Cala Bona Calm & Beach war direkt neben einem Pub, das bis 0h sehr laute Musik spielt. Wer mit Kleinkindern die Wohnung mietet sollte das beachten. Bass sehr laut, wir sind sonst nicht geräuschempfindlich.

Heißer Urlaub auf Malle

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. (5 Sterne) Leider ohne Klimaanlage, wo wir bei der Auswahl der Wohnung nicht drauf geachtet haben. Bei tägl. 32 Grad war es kaum erträglich, sich in der Wohnung aufzuhalten. Nachts nie unter 25 Grad. Außerdem hatten wir für 2 Personen nur 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher. Nichts zum Wechseln. Somit haben wir sie jeden Tag gewaschen. Und das bei der Hitze. Für die 2. Toilette gab es gar keine Handtücher. Und es fehlte eine Kaffee Maschine für frischen Kaffee. Das gesamte Besteck in der Küche ist Uralt und auf das mindeste begrenzt. Das sollte mal dringend erneuert werden. Alles in allem war die Wohnung sehr schön, aber das drumherum nicht.

Excellent location. Right on the beach and ideal for walking the promenade to restaurants either around Cala Bona harbour, or the other way towards Cala Millor. Also a small supermarket 5o metres away is very handy. Some information on the apartment and maybe some milk and bread etc on arrival would be nice. Beach does suffer from lots of sea weed.
