You just have to cross the road to arrive at the beach: Villa Marita is a holiday home in Torre Lapillo, near the beach and various beach establishments that, combined to the crystal clear water, make it one of the most loved tourist destinations in SAlento, on the coast of Porto Cesareo. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Villa Marita is a holiday home by the beach, introduced by a large equipped garden where the guests can relax under the shadow of the trees or park the car. The rooms of the villa for rent are spacious and furnished with simplicity.

The villa consists of a large living room with dining area and open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms are one double bedroom and two triple bedrooms with double bed and single bed. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets while at the back of the house there is an outdoor shower and the washing machine.

The villa for rent is within walking distance from the beach of Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento, ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Torre Lapillo is part of Porto Cesareo and there you can find services such as bars and restaurants, markets and fish shops, newsstands and tobacco shops, atm, over-the-count medicines, church and doctor on duty. THe beaches and Lido Orange Sun are 250 meters away, while the city centre is 800 meters away.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 62 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
