The apartment, recently renovated with excellent finishes, consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a bright bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a veranda. It is equipped with high speed WiFi.

The apartment is located on the first floor, is accessible for physical disability, reachable by car up to the condominium entrance door and is served by a lift. The furnishings are in excellent condition with modern and some antique elements. Lighting is provided by ceiling and table lamps.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small ventilated oven, extractor hood.

In the living room there is a working fireplace, a LED TV.

There is a hot / cold air conditioning system both in the living room and in the bedroom. The entire apartment is served by a state-of-the-art independent heating system.

Spoleto is internationally known as the venue for the Festival of the Two Worlds. Lately the city is also known for the filming of the RAI television series "Don Matteo".

The apartment is located in the historic center and therefore close to all the sites of historical and cultural interest in the city. A few dozen meters away there is the church of San Gregorio Maggiore, dating back to 1146 d. C., the Ponte Sanguinario (500 BC), the ancient city wall of the Urbiche Walls, the monumental complex of the Roman Amphitheater dating from the 1st to the 2nd century AD C., the Auditorium of the Star.
It is very close to Corso Garibaldi, a characteristic shopping street in the city and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood is very safe and the Municipal Police are based there.

The apartment is about 900 meters from the railway station and 50 meters from the bus station that connects the most important centers of the region. At about 400 meters, easily passable on foot, there are ample free and paid public parking lots and two mechanized alternative mobility routes (escalators, lifts and treadmills) that allow you to easily reach all the other sites of interest.
