We’re excited to welcome guests again after a major refresh. Our property has recently relaunched in 2026 after 5 years with updated amenities, renewed attention to detail, and the same hospitality our guests have always appreciated.

This truly stunning waterfront property boasts both a deck and glass fronted balcony overlooking the marina will afford you a heavenly home from home for your holiday.

Our property is professionally cleaned after each guest booking

Coffee, Tea and milk on arrival so you can put you feet up the moment you arrive!

We are very local so please feel free to call or message us if you need anything
We are always on hand to ensure you have a comfortable stay at ‘ Marina View’

Please message us if you would like an earlier check-in time or later check-out time. We can’t promise as our Cleaning Company needs time to prepare our home for the next guest but if we can help, we will!

Marina View is a waterfront holiday home in Christchurch, Marina View has been created as a place to truly enjoy life, the beaches and all that the gorgeous local area has to offer. The view is truly spectacular and really sets this property aside.

Within walking distance of glorious sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and the stunning town of Christchurch this house really does have it all!

The large balcony is glass fronted with a spiral staircase. You really can relax and enjoy that spectacular view!!

Christchurch (walking distance) is a charming town with a unique location at the confluence of the rivers Stour and Avon and on the shores of its own natural harbour makes it the perfect destination to relax and unwind.

This large, airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is laid out over three floors and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is within easy walking distance to Christchurch town centre with its eclectic range of shops and cafes / restaurants. Walking in to Christchurch is very easy and flat all the way.

The golden sandy beach is a pleasant 30 minute walk or 4 minute drive.

We all really loved this stay.

The view over the small marina was wonderful and we spent more time than usual just sitting watching the activity and enjoying a glass of wine in the sun. The house is only 15 minutes walk from central Christchurch where the children's activities are great. We had 3 generations staying and there was something to do for everyone. Hope to be back.

Lovely, comfortable house in great location.

Had a great 3 night stay. The house is very comfortable, warm and inviting. The two exterior decks with views over the Marina are lovely and a perfect spot to sit and relax. Booking wth Jenny was quick and easy and we were welcomed with wine and biscuits :-) We would return again. Only slight issue was the Internet connection - not great, but not a major problem.

A welcome break away

It is quite unusual that a property is even better when you arrive than it looks on the website! Everything was top notch and there were some lovely little touches, like a box of cookies on arrival and a Sunday newspaper that was delivered which we read on the decking area with coffee in the last of the summer sunshine. Would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back again next year.

Holiday

A nicely located house, two balconies, which as the weather was much better than forecast, we were able to use, all very comfortable, and everything necessary provided. A welcome bottle of wine, biscuits and milk were a generous starting point to the break. We had a great break, and the house is an ideal venue for exploring the area.

Spacious, clean and great location

Jenny replied very quickly to my enquiry and was so helpful with all the information we could possibly need throughout all of our dealings. The property is a real home from home and a relaxing place to be. Spacious yet cosy. Walking distance to town and the quay. Best of all for my 2 year old was the chance to feed the ducks from our doorstep ;-). Would absolutely hope to stay there again when we return to the area.

Perfect location, immaculate property, wonderful family holiday

We could not fault this property. From the cleanliness, the location, the communication.....all faultless! There was something in the welcome pack to keep all ages happy. Tea bags and milk for the oldies, sweets for the children, chocolate for us and even dog biscuits for our little furry one! I highly recommend this property for all ages. Christchurch centre was walking distance (sampled lots of lovely pub food), a variety of beautiful beaches to choose from, plus river, sea and forest walksl Would love to return to this property in the future .......or maybe we’ll just move in full time!!

Fantastic property and lovely owners

We booked this property for a long weekend for 6 of us aged Between 4-65.. The owners communication was fantastic providing all the information we needed and responding to questions quickly.. They were also nice enough to allow us to check in early on arrival day.. The property itself was lovely, clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need.. We were even supplied with milk, wine, biscuits, sweets for the kids and some dog treats, which was a lovely touch.. The setting of the property is quiet and peaceful with the gorgeous view of the water. It is located perfectly for access to Christchurch and Mudeford (among other areas). We would definitely recommend this property and the owners and hope to return one day. Thank you Hayden and Sue for helping us to have a lovely break away

Short relaxing break

We were looking for a suitable venue to celebrate a 50th birthday. After searching, this property came up as the best option. Previous reviewers having left glowing testimonials and I can confirm that we fully agree. The property was spotless and the welcome pack super, especially the doggie treats left for our furry family member. The location over looking the small marina is great and we walked from the house out to Mudeford and back. Overall a great weekend in a lovely property, which we highly recommend

Great location

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house was super clean and in a brilliant location for beaches and the new forest. Our two boys loved their rooms and our dog felt right at home with the treats left for her. It would be lovely to see the place in Summer and be able to use the BBQ.

Lovely stay in beautiful Dorset

We loved our stay at the property which was beautiful, immaculately clean and a lovely few nice welcome touches. The property was spacious with a lovely view over a small marina which was very peaceful. Location wise it was well positioned for both the new forest and a trip to the coast, Christchurch itself (which i have never been too) was really nice. Thanks to the owners for a lovely welcome and great communication, would highly recommend this place - thank you.

Superb house

Lovely property in a great location, overlooking a small marina so very peaceful., within easy walking distance into the centre of Christchurch. The house was spotless and fully equipped to make it feel like home. The welcome pack was a nice touch too. The owners were very helpful, easy to contact and quick to reply to any query. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend the property.

Immaculate house with many thoughtful touches

The property is immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Owners were wonderful to deal with - we originally booked for our son's wedding planned for 5th April (yes, cancelled, postponed, rearranged, downsized.....) and they were so helpful and understanding. We finally got there for a tiny Covid-rules wedding ceremony and Sue and Hayden provided so many thoughtful touches and welcoming 'extras' that it felt very much like a home from home. Brilliant location for touring the area, walking distance to town centre, peaceful setting with fabulous marina view. Hope we can stay again for the wedding party next year (fingers crossed!)

An immaculate haven of relaxation

From the moment we booked we were in contact with Hayden and Sue, our lovely hosts. As the area is new to us we asked for recommendations of places to visit. The response was immediate and so positive. The house is a haven of tranquility, immaculate, very clean and treats were in abundance! My fave coffee was on tap and we had the best night’s sleep in a sumptuous King size Master bedroom. We will definitely be back and thank you Hayden and Sue for allowing us to stay in your unique home, with you both offering professional and friendly hospitality.

Christchurch 47 The Meridians

This property is outstanding. Very well kept and immaculately clean with everything you could need. The location is ideal ...an easy walk into Christchurch with a very good selection of restaurants ...we tried 6 different ones and all were excellent. We went out and about every day and there is plenty to see without having to drive very far including lovely walks and beaches. Then return and sit on the balcony and enjoy a drink and the fabulous view!!

Fantastic property in a perfect location......

We spent a lovely few days in this beautiful property, fully equipped and finished to a very high standard. A homely and comfortable house which I will be highly recommending to my friends and family. Situated in a perfect location and close to all local amenities. Perfect break in an immaculate property

Spent a lovely few days in this impressive house. It was absolutely immaculate and we immediately felt right at home. Everything that we needed was provided and we enjoyed the house and area so much we hope to return again. Its a lovely walk down to the river to Christchurch and we had two very good meals at the nearby Boathouse restaurant.

A well deserved 5 stars

The house was immaculate, gives the appearance of having been recently fully refurbished and with new carpets and furniture. The welcome pack included all the basics needed plus more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and the bathrooms had proper amounts of soap, shampoo etc. Nice towels and bed linen. Bed very comfortable. The decks overlooking the marina are south facing sun traps. A thoroughly enjoyable week. A well deserved 5 stars

A great stay!

The property was beautiful and clean. The location was stunning and we had a great stay there over the half term. The house is a real home from home. We will def be staying again in the future.

Lovely house in a great location

We came for a few days away in half term. The property was sparkling and so well equipped. A great location and we can’t wait to go back.

We're Hayden and Sue, and we're delighted you've looked at Marina View for your stay.

We’re excited to welcome guests again after a major refresh. Our property has recently relaunched in 2026 with updated amenities, renewed attention to detail, and the same hospitality our guests have always appreciated

We fell in love with Christchurch many years ago, particularly this beautiful waterside location. One of the things we enjoy most is how easy it is to explore the town from here. Many of Christchurch's shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and attractions are within walking distance, so you can often leave the car behind and simply enjoy your surroundings.

Marina View was once our own home before we carefully transformed it into the holiday retreat it is today. We have created the kind of place we would love to stay in ourselves—comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Christchurch and the surrounding coast have to offer.

As we live locally, we're on hand seven days a week should you need any assistance, recommendations, or local tips during your stay.

If there's anything we can do to make your visit even more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
