Stunning self contained 1 bed luxury apartment (annexe to main house) moments from Branksome Chine Beach.

Beautifully appointed with all mod cons including Quooker hot tap, Nespresso coffee machine & Sky.

Walking distance to the beach, Westbourne village and Canford Cliffs village (lively bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, gift shops).

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade.

Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.
The space
Self contained with lounge, kitchen, diner. Separate bedroom with en-suite. Private outside space.

We have the full Sky Sports package, Sky cinema , Netflix & Amazon prime all viewable on a 55” flat screen LED TV.

The apartment was lovely, very well presented, very clean and well equipped for our short stay. It was dog friendly, although we did have to watch our little inquisitive dog near the front wall of the property as he could easily jump up onto it as he was small enough to make his way through the hedges/trees along the border. The location of the apartment was fantastic, so close to the lovely Branksome Chine beach. The hosts , PJ & Franny were also incredibly helpful, with useful information before our stay, and during. We also appreciated the welcome drinks and the festive touch with the Christmas tree. All in all, we would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and look forward to visiting again ourselves.

We had a wonderful couple of days in PJ and Franny’s beautiful apartment. Great communication from the owners and everything exactly as described and shown in the photos. A very high spec and only a short stroll to Branksome beach. It is in a perfect location to visit the surrounding area. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Fantastic property

Ideally located, this annex to the main house was private and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and facilities nearby. Very secure and with our dog we found it was suited to our needs. Communications with the owner was great, we needed nothing on our first night as they provided a welcome bundle that was spot on.

Great apartment - very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a very comfortable apartment with good facilities - nice garden view and decking, good kitchen and bathroom. We stayed in January and it was blustery but the apartment was cosy with good underfloor heating. Great location close to the beach.

Lovely gorgeous get away !

A lovely get an away very near to the heart of Bournemouth, the lovely village of Westbourne and Sandbanks. Absolutely lovely property, very modern and extremely clean. The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would certainly go back. Thank you.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely; spacious, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. It’s in an excellent location, just a five minute walk to a beautiful beach with excellent restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. The hosts were very friendly and provided all necessary information well in advance of our arrival. I would highly recommend it.

Somewhere special by the sea

If you are looking for somewhere special by the sea then look no further. The apartment is very clean and decorated to a high standard. The hosts are really friendly and will answer any questions you have. We cannot recommend enough, thank you for for sharing your space

We had a Fantastic stay for 3 nights, great hosts and communication, kept in contact and ensured we had everything we needed! Great area fantastic area to stay, safe and secure with secure parking. Very clean and modern everything had been thought of. Great local bus routes too can get the bus just down the end of the road (2 min walk). Thankyou and hope to stay again.

The property more than met expectations, everything was perfect for our stay. The inside and outside is thoughtfully laid out and the owner wonderful with helpful communication and care. The location was ideal being a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful stay.

Loved it

Well thought out and tastefully styled annex. It had everything we needed for our relaxing 2 night stay. Well situated for glorious walks on the beach in the sunshine. PJ was the perfect host. Friendly and attentive. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we choose to visit the area again.

A top class stay

Everything you could wish for in this beach retreat. A quiet location but accessible to beach, Westbourne and a bus ride to Swanage. Delightful apartment which we look forward to staying again.

The perfect annexe in the perfect location

We loved the annexe as everything has been fitted out to a top quality, with no expense spared. It is prime real estate in the best location. PJ was very helpful and a superb host and the annexe is wonderful. Far enough away far Bournemouth and Sandbanks to not feel too touristy, yet a stones throw from the beach and a good pub. Almost impossible to fault. Only thing to note is there is no private garden like I interpreted from the pictures, which is worth noting if you have a dog. We brought a small collapsible fence anyway so used this to screen off the private area outside our annexe. There will also be electric gates fitted soon so extra security if you have a dog. But thought worth sharing for dog owners
