Beautiful Bahiana house, surrounded by nature but with the proximity to 15 minutes of one of the most charming villages in Brazil, with restaurants, supermarkets, activity center, hospital, etc ... Big Bar
It is located on the Maraú Peninsula and as a peninsula has an open sea with beautiful beaches and natural coral pools, waves for surf lovers and on the other side the third largest bay in Brazil, with islands, calm waters, rivers, waterfalls and Wonderful villages, inside the peninsula, beautiful lakes !!!! Do you need anything else !!!
It is a Lagoa Azul Beach Villas condominium with three houses and this one is called Can Pirinha, the others are Can Palmi and Can Pitinho are located on the seafront, we have a landlord inside the condominium 24 hours a day and if you hire there Daily cleaning service, we can also contact an agency for the rental of vehicles, transfers or transfers, by sea, land or air.
The house has four double bedrooms with A.A., two of them suites on the upper floor and two doubles with two bathrooms on the lower floor, living room, kitchen, outdoor shower, community pool for the three houses, garden area and garage.
