About this property
An intimate lagoon view
Delightful 90 square meter apartment on the ground floor, with a small garden overlooking the lagoon. It consists of two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining table and a living room with TV. Located in the ancient village of Malamocco in a building from the 1600s. Exposed beams and independent heating, very quiet and welcoming. Crossing the center of the village, with a few steps, you reach the sea with the splendid murazzi promenade. The village is connected to the center of the Lido with an efficient bus service and from there in 15 minutes you reach Piazza San Marco.
