Villa Donari - Eco friendly villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool

Villa Donari is unique, eco-friendly villa, surrounded with unspoiled nature in the peaceful village Naklice, up in the hills where you can feel a real rural way of life.
Situated between town Omiš which offers beautiful sea beaches, river Cetina attractions and many more opportunities for active holidays; and town Split with its famous historical monuments and additional possibilities for having the best holidays you ever had.

Villa Donari - built in 2016. on cca 2000m2 piece of heaven, fully equipped for comfortable family vacations with many eco-friendly improvements.

At the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and living room with fireplace, one bedroom with super king size bed (180x200) and baby cot (60x120), bathroom with shower and small toilet with washing machine.

At the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with super king size bed (one of them with additional sofa bed), 3 bathrooms (two of bedrooms are en-suite) and large terrace (connected with two bedrooms).

Outside is a pool area with private pool 8x3m, sundeck with lounge chairs and summer kitchen with double BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Garden with sesonal vegetables and herbs is also available for our guests.

In front of the villa there is a meadow (cca 600m2) with playground area.

Located in the fields, the last 250m is a white road that takes you to Villa with amazing, natural environment.

Villa Donari is perfectly located so you can explore all the best that Dalmatia offers. Just few minutes drive to Omiš, with its beautiful beaches, small restaurants, old town, river Cetina ... and many possibilities for active holidays (rafting, zip line, paragliding, kayaking, canoeing, adventure canyoning, free climbing, cycling, hiking, snorkeling, trekking, aqua park, Jeep/Quad safari, boat trips along river Cetina, daily excursions to islands Brač/Hvar etc ...). All types of sports activities are also available just in 15km range (including small golf course with 6 wholes, tennis courts, beach volleyball, horse riding etc ...).
It is also very close to famous town Split (19 km) and a highway is only 15 km away (Blato na Cetini) so if you want, you can easily visit whole Dalmatia or even Međugorje in Herzegovina (just over 1 hour by car).

There is a bus station 300m from the villa and public transportation to Omiš and to Split approximately every 1,5-2 hours. There is also a beautiful walking path to Omiš (cca 30 min walking, downhill). The nearest mini market is 2 km far from the villa (in Tugare) and each morning there is bakery van waiting for you on the bus station (300m). Everything else you can find in 5 km distance - Omiš (supermarkets, gas station, market, fish market etc...).
