This home will sleep a maximum of 7 adults or a group of 8 with at least 1 child (under 12 years old).
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This house was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Access to the beach was great. The only negative thing I can say is that the living room furniture was a little different than described. The listing said it had a pull out sofa in the living but in fact did not.

Less than 1 block to the beach! All the beds were comfy except one of the twins which was weirdly bouncy. There is a game table which is perfect for a puzzle. Loved all the reclining couches. Great selection of quality pots pans and accessories. The boogie boards and skim boards were a nice addition. Centrally located- very easy to get around.

My Happy Place at Morro Bay

It was easy to book online, access to the property was simple and easy, the location was breathtaking. The interior beach themed decor was clean, relaxing and comforting. The ocean view from inside the house was the cherry on top.

you are a short walk away from the ocean, you can see the ocean from the front yard, great sitting area... All you need inside...and there's a great coffee shop/brewery nearby (Foghorn). All you need!

Beautiful Views, Very Relaxing Home

This was the 1st time we've used VRBO and we were very impressed! We've always just stayed in hotels but this was a wonderful and fun way to stay with family in a beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Can’t wait to come back!

This house was beautiful, clean, looked exactly like the photos and was in a great location! Check in and communication was super easy. The amount of seating and layout were great for all of us kids and adults to hang out together. I especially appreciated how it was relatively noise resistant for the size. We had a few toddlers/babies and with the help of a few sound machines they all slept soundly and didn’t wake each other up. Also, the floor wasn’t creaky like so many homes which made it easy to move around without waking anyone. This home also included everything we needed in the kitchen which was nice. I brought my own paper towels, ziplocks and foil because of past bare bones rental experiences. But I didn’t end up needing any of mine.

Nice house nice location uncomfortable beds

This is our second time staying in this house. The house itself is great and has great views. The bedroom configurations need some work. The king bed in the master is so low to the ground and the mattress is very hard. The beds in the other rooms are very hard as well. The tv mounted in the room with the red bedding is very flimsy and above the bed. There is no mount on the giant tv in the living room which was odd. I have never been in a rental with no tv mount on a giant tv. I feel that they should spend some money on making the beds more comfortable. The location is great but busy. The backyard is 90% rock so don’t get your hopes up about hanging out much there. The street is busy lots of cars parked that weren’t ours.

Perfect location on the nicest beach

This home is great. It was very clean and literally steps from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and is great for those who want to relax. Of note, all the photos provided were exactly what home really looked like - no exaggerated perspectives. The living room and patio have a nice view of the ocean and sunsets as well.

House was clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed being near the beach. We enjoyed playing ping pong and corn hole. The only thing id say to improve the stay would be that they upgrade the tvs and make them smart tvs so we can connect to them.

We had a fantastic time at the property. Access to the beach was so easy! One of the days was really windy..however, there were plenty of things to keep the teens happy--puzzles, games, ping-pong. I would stay again anytime!

This place is wonderful. Great location and view. Very clean and everything you need. Beautiful kitchen and seating. My only advice is the mattress may need to be upgraded for more comfort and a fire pit out front would be good.

Nice home

Home was clean and well appointed. TVs are smaller in bedrooms than they look online and beds not comfortable, but beach access great for kids. Grandparent found access too steep, but ok for able bodied adults. Hearing ocean at night was awesome. Neighbors very quiet. All in all a nice stay. Probably won’t stay again as beds did not provide good nights rest.
