The attic / attic is located less than 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Acireale, known as the city of a hundred bell towers. This is a new building in a 50s two-storey building. The cooling is modern and accurate in every detail. It is composed of: the very spacious and bright living room that overlooks a small terrace enriched by a green corner. A kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge and opening table. Two bedrooms, the guest bedroom and mine, another terrace and a bathroom. Guests have access to all rooms except my room.
My vacation home was desired, desired and cared for by me in detail. It's my dream come true. My corner of peace, of perfumes and of relaxation.  Waking up, opening the terrace of the living room, feeling the smell of coffee and maybe a homemade cake is what every guest will have in exchange for the trust placed in me. The house is very bright thanks to the large windows that characterize it. The orchids and the various bonsai will give you a sense of harmony and tranquility useful both if you are on vacation and if it is a business trip. Sicily is known for the ceramics of Caltagirone and the one that will be your home, for the duration of your stay, is rich in "Mori".  You can enjoy your breakfast in a Bavarian porcelain service. Each of my guests has porcelain dishes at his disposal and can prepare his own meals. I love to pamper my guests. You can taste typical specialties
(kitchen service available on request at an additional cost), a simple salad prepared by you will help you feel "loved" for your stay.
My guests have access to all the spaces in the house, except for my bedroom. I will be happy to share all the other areas. They can relax in the living room or smoke a cigarette on the terrace. The kitchen is at their complete disposal, they can buy fresh fish at the market located three minutes away on foot or warm up a toast.  They are free to have lunch and dinner at home or if I request it, my brother can prepare typical dishes, with an additional cost. Other members of my family will be happy to help them and meet their needs, if in our possibilities. Baby-sitting service available, both day and night at an additional cost. Every day, I go to take care of my plants and, if necessary, I will be happy to give advice or help my guests.
The latter will be free to talk to me or not. I love chatting and sharing opinions and experiences, especially if my guests speak English. The guest is free to spend time with me, asking for information, advice and various suggestions. I will be available but I will leave my guests free to interact, communicate or respect their need for privacy.

Inside the house there is not yet a washing machine, but a free laundry service is available. I live a few minutes walk away.

The penthouse is located in the historic center of Acireale, about 3 min. walk from the renowned fish market and the Church of San Sebastiano and less than 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
In the immediate vicinity there is a space with various parking spaces.
Do you like music and don't want to get in the car after a concert at the Palasport in Acireale? My home will allow you to walk to welcome your favorite singer.
Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa airport and from the Acireale train station.
