• Room 1 (Triple): Double bed + single bed with private en-suite bathroom.
• Room 2 (Triple): Double bed + single bed with private en-suite bathroom.
• Room 3 (Double): Double bed with private bathroom outside the room (for the exclusive use of this room).
• Living Area: Professional double sofa bed located in the large corner living room.

🥐 BREAKFAST IN PIAZZA DUOMO
To start your day immersed in the atmosphere of Catania, we offer our guests a voucher for a classic Italian breakfast.
• Where: At “I Sapori del Duomo,” a historic café located right in Piazza Duomo, just a few steps from the apartment.
• Cost: 5 euros per person (available upon request at the property during check-in).
• What’s included: A delicious coffee, cappuccino, or fruit juice accompanied by a fresh croissant or a mini pizza, served from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, while you admire the majesty of the Cathedral.

We know that finding parking in Catania’s historic center can be a challenge, which is why we recommend the Stesicoro Parking Lot:
• Type: Secure, covered parking (maximum security for your vehicle).
• Location: Strategic, just an 8-minute walk from Dimora Ferrari. We recommend unloading your luggage near the property and then parking your car.
• Special rate reserved for our guests.
• Host’s tip: If you’re coming by car, please let us know in advance; we’ll provide you with the easiest driving directions to reach us while avoiding restricted traffic zones (ZTL).
