Very centrally located

Nice stay. Enjoyed easy accese to the great sights and restaurants. I would stay there again!

The apartment is just as advertised. If you need absolute quiet, it may not be the place for you, but the lively crowds (a few steps from the door) and easy access to transportation and dining made it perfect for us.

Very nice appartment

Very nice appartment, very well located in the town center. Just a little bit noisy on the Saturday night due to the music of the restaurant (really good one) just below the appartment.

Enjoyed the stay.it is close to Rosserio square where you want to be.Close to the old town city center. Walked to all the restaurants and bars.The apartment was fine. Water was hot fridge was cold it was clean and the beds were fine.

Best of potential no-booking

Booked Feb 9 for a June 27 arrival, 9 nights. No check in info provided until asked for, then a request for a phone call. First communication the night before arrival, for a stay booked 4 months in advance. „Booking calendar error“… the host offered another property 20 min walk west - faced with the potential of no booking, and replacing a 9 day stay, we agreed to a switch. We ended up a few blocks west and north of the Binca tram. Original location has some neg reviews due to being over a restaurant that is open to 2am. The booked location is well located in Chiado so I chanced it. Note this review is more for the host since we never stayed in the property we booked. The new location was same size, on the 4th floor. It was quiet, just off a tram and a view of the river vs. and outdoor area. We probably ended up with a more quiet stay but were well out of the prime area we wanted. Credit to the host for having a plan but when booking 4 months in advance…. Caution

This property is in a great location. Tons of restaurants, cafes, shopping, public transportation, and scenic views. The street right below is incredibly loud until 2-3 am, which cant be helped by the hosts. Just a heads up, if you have kids travelling with you, which we did. It would be good for 2 ppl, but pretty cramped for 4. No where to sit/relax, if youre using the pullout to sleep. Kitchen had no knives, other than butter knives and we had to go purchase toilet paper the very first night. Nice, accommodating hosts.

Awesome location

Helena was a great host. Very quick to respond to any of our needs. The location was great. We were able to get to everything we wanted and more. A bit loud at night but it was all part of the experience.

Great Location, Helena was a very Courteous , Friendly ,Helpful Host.Excellent

Great Location Apartment, Very Clean & Comfortable. The Apartment is In a Great Area for most of the main attractions. It is located close to Baixa Chiado Metro. The Apartment is very Comfortable & has everything you could need, there is a Large Terrace off the Kitchen. The Apartment is very quiet at night. It is Close to Biarro Alto & is in good walking distance to other Attractions. Helena is a Great Host & Very Helpful,With Good Communication. ,She made the whole experience of renting her apartment very easy & painless, especially as this was my first time booking an apartment. I would highly recommend Helena as a Host & Her Lovely Place to stay for your visit to Lisbon. Thank You Helena. My Cousin & I really enjoyed our stay in your Apartment & In Beautiful Lisbon.
