Duplex loft in nature with garden and pool

The apartment is attached to our farmhouse, 1km from Nigüelas, 30 from Granada, 35 from the sea, 60 from Sierra Nevada and 15 from La Alpujarra. With capacity for 4 people. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people. Equipped with hot / cold floor heating.
The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and has a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 1 person.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et visiter la région.

Habitant sur place, David et Silvia étaient très disponibles. Leur accueil, aussi a été formidable. Ce gîte a parfaitement correspondu à notre besoin, car idéalement situé pour découvrir Grenade et le littoral. C'est un lieu ressourçant, avec sa belle piscine d'eau salé et un jardin remarquable. Le logement, en duplex, est décoré avec goût et raffinement. La literie est de qualité. Alors qu'il faisait vraiment chaud au-dehors, le logement restait frais. Nous recommandons ce lieu, sans hésitation.
