EL 1 DE MAYO SE ABRE UNA NUEVA PISCINA INFINITY DE LUJO (8 x 4 metros o 26 x 13 pies) CON HIDROMASAJE.
La piscina es privada.
La piscina está conectada a la cocina de verano con y una barbacoa.
Nuestra piscina ecológica es cien por ciento segura: no contiene productos químicos ni cloro, pero funciona con un generador y electrólisis del agua salada. Esto significa que, en lugar de cloro, ponemos sal en nuestra piscina.
El agua y la sal pasan a través de un generador que, a través del proceso de electrólisis, aísla el ion cloruro en la sal. Este cloro puro limpia y purifica el agua de la piscina, y luego se une nuevamente a la sal.

No hay peligro de reacciones cutáneas que a veces se asocian con piscinas tradicionales. Esta piscina es segura para todos, ¡incluidos los niños pequeños!

La Villa está a solo 7 km del aeropuerto internacional de Split y a 3 km del histórico museo de la ciudad Trogir, una de las joyas de la costa dálmata. Hay una tienda de alimentación a solo 50 metros.

Le ofrecemos tres grandes apartamentos de lujo (55 m2) más una gran terraza (30 m2) con impresionantes vistas al mar, área para comer y café y sillas largas, dos dormitorios: ¡puede ver el mar desde su cama!, lujosa cocina totalmente equipada, amplio baño, aire acondicionado de alta calidad en cada habitación, acceso gratuito a Internet, TV LCD vía satélite, DVD, entrada independiente y estacionamiento privado cubierto.

Tenemos una licencia de la Junta de Turismo de Croacia. Es una pequeña empresa familiar y haremos todo lo posible para brindarle un excelente servicio y brindarle una experiencia memorable del Mediterráneo como solía ser.
Serás bienvenido en la villa por el propietario y el ama de llaves que estarán allí en caso de cualquier problema relacionado con la casa durante tu estadía. Podemos organizarle diferentes excursiones a los pueblos cercanos, parques nacionales e islas y brindarle toda la información.

Si lo desea, podemos organizarle un taxi desde el aeropuerto hasta la villa.
La mejor calidad de toallas y ropa de cama, ama de llaves durante la mañana: si necesita un poco de limpieza adicional, lavado o planchado, acceso Wi-Fi gratuito, el aire acondicionado Mitsubishi de mejor calidad y el estacionamiento privado están incluidos en el precio.
También le proporcionaremos: sombrillas de playa, sillas largas de playa, toallas de playa, detergente para lavavajillas, jabón líquido para manos en el baño, bolsas de basura en la cocina y el baño. Eliminación diaria de basura.

¡Usamos jabones y detergentes orgánicos para limpiar los apartamentos!
En frente de la villa hay un paseo marítimo de 3 km de largo con muchos cafés, restaurantes y pequeñas playas.

A 200 metros en el lado izquierdo puede encontrar algunos restaurantes en el pueblo de pescadores, o cafetería, pizzería y pequeño restaurante a 50 metros de la villa en el lado derecho.
Además, si camina por el paseo marítimo en el lado derecho encontrará muchas pequeñas playas, cafeterías y restaurantes y, finalmente, encontrará el gran complejo del hotel Medena con surf, buceo, mini golf, parques infantiles, muchas excursiones a las islas cercanas de Solta, Brac , Hvar, parque nacional de Krka, Dubrovnik, etc.

A solo 50 metros de la villa hay una pequeña tienda de productos básicos básicos que abre todos los días de 7 a.
El museo histórico de la ciudad de Trogir está a solo 3 km.
Frente a la villa hay una parada de barco turístico a Trogir que pasa cada 15 minutos desde las 9 a.m. hasta las 11 p.m. y dos veces por semana a Split.
El aeropuerto de Split está a solo 7 km. El aeropuerto de Zadar está a 120 km.
No hay ruido del aeropuerto. Es un lugar absolutamente tranquilo para pasar unas agradables vacaciones en familia.
No hay casa en el lado izquierdo o derecho de la villa.
Siempre estamos a su disposición para cualquier tipo de información: sobre excursiones en furgoneta o barco, restaurantes y reservas de mesa, o cualquier ayuda para planificar sus viajes.
Cómo llegar allá:

En avión: el aeropuerto internacional de Split está a solo 7 kilómetros de distancia. Podemos organizarle un taxi desde el aeropuerto hasta la villa.
El aeropuerto internacional de Zadar está a 120 km (una hora y media en coche). También podemos organizar para usted un taxi desde el aeropuerto de Zadar hasta la villa.

En barco o en tren a Split: la terminal de autobuses de Split está justo al lado de la estación de tren y ambos están convenientemente ubicados en el puerto. Hay autobuses desde Split a Trogir aproximadamente cada hora.

En coche: si conduce por la autopista en dirección a Zadar y Sibenik (desde el norte o el oeste), después de pasar por ciudades como Sibenik y Primosten, pequeños pueblos como Marina, verá el cartel de Seget Donji . Cuando vea el letrero del hotel Jadran, tome la próxima salida pequeña a la derecha en dirección al mar (a 50 metros de Jadran, un pequeño bosque de pinos separa la casa y el hotel). Nuestra casa está justo al lado del mar.

We had a great time in this apartment. Alenka was a great host and the apartment and pool area was spotless. There are a few little restaurants and bars within a 5-10 minute walk and the water taxi into Trogir is right outside the back gate. We also used Uber a few times to go into Trogir and it is also walkable. There is also a number of excursions that leave from the jetty at the rear of the property which is handy. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this location.

Great location with beautiful views

The property was in excellent condition with everything we needed. Alenka met us on arrival and gave us an overview of the area. Fruit, wine and juice was provided as a welcome. The location was wonderful. Right on the seafront with its many small beaches. There are several restaurants and bars a short walk away. Trogir is easily accessed by water taxi right from the doorstep in 10 minutes. Alenka was always available to give advice or suggestions about the area. We would not hesitate to return. Lovely apartment in a superb location

We stayed in the ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment has a large outside area and also use of the outside kitchen/sitting area which we had to ourselves nearly every evening. The infinity pool is lovely with gorgeous views across the sea. The apartment is in a great location, literally walk down the steps into the sea. About 25 minutes walk to the west is Medena Beach, which has a few water activities, inflatables in the water and banana boat rides etc, which we all enjoyed. Just next to the apartment you can catch the water taxi to Trogir, very pretty with lots of restaurants. There is a small supermarket 5 min walk at the campsite. Recommend the restaurant in the campsite, best food we had and also the cheapest! This is a gorgeous apartment with nice touches (drink and fruit to welcome us). Also, Alenka organised a Taxi from Split harbour to pick us up at 8.30am.

We stayed on top floor of the villa. Beautiful views over the sea. Can walk into Trogir in about 20 minutes, or get the boat just outside apartment for 20 kuna per person, takes about 10 minutes. Trogir is a beautiful place, and we actually preferred it to Split. Seget Donji is a lovely peaceful place, but with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and supermarkets too. The housekeeper was very helpful, bringing us beach towels and an iron and board when we needed them. The apartment was spotlessly clean and stylish. The balcony was spacious and was lovely to sit on and enjoy the views. The patio doors and windows were all fitted with sliding net screens, so that we never had any mosquitoes inside. There is a hotel right next to the villa with a pool, and the manager allowed us to use it during our stay, which was nice. Highly recommended.

Family Holiday with 2 Small Children

We stayed for a week in September 2010 with our 1.5 and 2.5 year old children and had a great time. The Alenka appartment was very comfortable with plenty of space for the children to play on the balcony and in the house. It also has a good sized (for a holiday appartment) and well equipped kitchen. The view is fabulous and we could have happily spent more time there if we needed to. But there's lots to do and see so we were out most of the time. There are lots of bars and restaurants at Medina and it's a lovely walk - along the way there are countless little beaches and pontoons to stop at and the kids had a great time fishing and messing about. There's also a little playground with a slide, swings, see-saw and a little climbing frame. Perfect for us. The boat to Trogir goes from literally outside the house and takes about 10 minutes. Trogir itself is beautiful and you could wander around for hours. There are many many bars and restaurants with lovely views and the market was great. You can walk to Trogir but the pavements aren't great for pushchairs. The boat guys were happy for us to take the pushchair on the boat. We didn't have a car and had no trouble getting around. We were going to catch the bus from the airport but got a taxi in the end, it was not expensive. We caught the bus to Split (no 37 from the last bay at time of writing) and it was 32 kuna pp if I remember correctly. It's a local bus and it goes to the bus station so it took us a short while to find the old town but not long really. Split was stunning and definitely a must-see. We caught the boat back; it stopped over the bridge in Trogir, in front of the little supermarket, but I forget how much it cost. I've rated it the appartment as 4 stars because the bathroom is really small but I understand that's to make the rest of the rooms bigger and it wouldn't put us off going back again. Also, although the property is listed as having a garden, it's really for the owners. I would tick 4.5 if I could! The owners were very helpful and kind and we'll almost certainly go again.

Nice place, a little bit worn inside. Good kitchen, good size livinroom with a couch withs you can make a bed. A separated bedroom. Terrace nice with a new pool. A beach right front of terrace. Only a one bedroom, not two, as we thinked.

Definitely a gem

We have just spent a week (Sept 2019) at this property and can honestly say it is one of the nicest holidays we have had. The communication prior to arrival was excellent. When we arrived we were shown the apartment in full and had a welcome drink and learned a lot about the area and things to do. The property is spotless with everything having been thought about (right down to liquid hand soap!). The pool is lovely - very quiet and private. The water taxi stops literally at the bottom of the pool/garden for a 10 minute ride into Trogir. Trogir is full of great restaurants and bars but also try Frankie's and others up the street from the apartment. All in all a great stay with a very welcoming host. We would come again in a heartbeat.

Perfect apartment

Spotlessly clean. Location excellent. Campsite supermarket about 10-15 mins. Plenty of beaches nearby, within 20 mins walk. Taxi ferry to Trogir an excellent service. Plenty opportunity to book boat excursions and trips to Kyla waterfalls . Mirjana was a great. help, serviced the apartment and did our washing. The only downside was the dodgy internet connection. Would come again.

13 dejlige nætter i Villa Alenka

Vi havde 7 nætter i Apartment Alenka 1.sal og 6 nætter i Apartment Anja 2.sal. Begge Apartsments er pæne og rene. Med fantastisk udsigt til vandet og de aktiviteter der er. Apartment Alenka har en stører Terrasse end Apartment Anja, hvor man der imod har et stører køkken i Apartment Anja. Det er dejligt at der går taxi både 50 m fra huset, så man kommer hurtigt til Trogir og videre derfra. Det er fantastisk med saltvandspoolen, samt solsenge m.m. Der er solsenge til alle gæster om der udlejet 3 Apartsments eller 2. Så det emner af luksus at der ikke skal kæmpes om plads ved poolen. Poolen og poolområdet bliver rentgjort hver morgen, også en god oplevelse. Vores børn satte stor pris på poolen, så badning ikke kun skulle foregå i havet. Vi havde mest kontakt til nogle af Alenka medarbejder, søde folk. Mødte Alenka (Værten) til slutningen af vores ophold.

Fantastisk plass, kommer gjerne tilbake!

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke hos Alenka. Bassengområdet er helt topp, i tillegg til at det er kun 10 meter til havet. Kort vei til butikk og restauranter. Det går også båter til Trogir fra brygga på nedsiden av huset. Standpromenaden på nedsiden av huset er perfekt til gåturer og joggeturer. Vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake og anbefaler både huset og Alenka som perfekt vertsskap😊

Schönes Appartment in Top-Lage

Ein sehr gehoben ausgestattetes Appartment mit großem überdachten Balkon und Meerblick zum Wohlfühlen. Der neu gebaute "Infinity-Pool" mit Liegefläche und Terasse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin Alenka betreut die Gäste sehr persönlich und ist immer vor Ort erreichbar inkl. Essens- und Getränkeservice. Die Top-Lage zu mehreren Restaurants in Geh-Nähe und regelmäßiger Schifftransfer nach Trogir runden diese außergewöhnliche Lage ab.

Fantastic apartment great host

Villa apartment was very clean, modern and only yards from the sea, and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ was amazing. Alenka really wants all her visitors to have a great relaxing holiday and if she offers any advice on restaurants, taxis etc please take it . Alenka has worked hard to make this a wonderful property and has even bigger plans for the future, please have no doubts about booking this apartment. Great location and there is a low cost water taxi just on the sea front taking you to the old town of Trogir.

Super Apartment an schöner Lage

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Apartment Alenka sehr genossen. Das Aparment ist neu eingerichtet und war für 4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Alenka ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin, welche sich bei einer netten Begrüssung viel Zeit genommen hat die Umgebung, Restaurants, Ausflugmöglichkeiten, usw. zu erklären. Uns hat vor allem die grosse Terrasse gefallen und dass man in ein paar Schritten beim Strand war und dort auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme nehmen konnte, nach dem Schwimmen im Meer war auch die Aussendusche beim Haus sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist wie überall in Kroatien halt klein und steinig resp. mit Betonplatten versehen und Badeschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen. In der Bucht fahren viele Schiffe hin und her und ab und zu kommt ein Flugzeug, der Lärm ist aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Toll war auch dass man mit dem Schiff ins schöne Trogir zum Essen fahren konnte (Schiff alle 15' bis 2 Uhr morgens). Fazit: Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wonderful holiday

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at Villa Alenka. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious and modern. The owner Alenka is very welcoming and is on hand to provide information on places of interest to visit and recommend good restaurants. The balcony is fabulous with plenty of seating and the views are fantastic, the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine watching the world go by. We definately would recommend this apartment for peace and quiet but with plenty to do nearby. Trogir is very beautiful and we visited a place called Primosten which was well worth going to. Many thanks to Alenka for her hospitality and we will hopefully get to come back for a second holiday as it was perfect for us.

wonderful place to stay

The apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. It was in a very quiet location but very easy to get to the bars and restaurants by walking in either direction along the promenade. The beach was at the bottom of the garden and it was fantastic to have some communal toys and buckets and spades to use as this kept our little boy occupied. The use of sunloungers and beach towels saved us money too as further along the beach you are charged. Alenka was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. She let us know when the boat and bus timetable to we could explore the area. A real hidden gem is the Camp Bellevedere at the end of the pine forest, worth the hour walk for coffee, cake, ice-cream, play area and swimming pool! We loved our stay so much that we have already booked to go back next year.

Fantastic!

We stayed in the top apartment (Anja) and what a great stay it was. A superb apartment in a superb location, really quiet but within walking distance of everything you could wish for. Alenka is an absolute sweetheart and gave us some great tips for things to do (the 'peka' dinner at the tavern in the hills is highly recommended). If this apartment is available, book it. Hvala Alenka!

Superb!

I can only echo what other people have written but will also emphasise what a spotlessly clean apt Alenka was. Eating out is also cheap and Alenka was very helpful but not intrusive. A wonderful place with everything close to hand. We are returning!

Absolutely superb!

This is the second year that we have stayed in this apartment. It has been really tastefully renovated for this year, it is luxurious and immaculately clean. The views are spectacular and the location peaceful with good access to a range of restaurants and only a short and pleasant boat ride to the picturesque town of Trogir. And to top it all Alenka the owner is both friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this gem of an apartment.

fantastic stay

The property was excellent and the views across the bay fantastic. Everything was clean and spotless. From the pick up at the airport to the week in the sun nothing was missed. The surprise was how little everything cost even in the main towns of Trogir and Split. We spent a lazy week taking in the sun and lovely views. A clean and relaxing time and if we need anything Alenka knew how to get it. Thank you once again

Absolutely wonderful holiday!

We have just returned home from a holiday that was perfect. The apartment that we stayed in was the Alenka. It is superbly located with the best sea view that anyone could ever wish for. It is 10 minutes walk from the small village of Seget and a 15 minute water taxi ride away from the larger (and beautiful) town of Trogir. The water taxi stops 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. All amenities, furnishings and decor was first class. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Alenka (the owner) was there to greet us. She is a lovely, friendly lady and made sure that our holiday was fantastic. All the restaurants close by and further afield served high quality food at very reasonable prices by friendly staff. Would particularly recommend the local dish of Peka! I would recommend this aprtment to anyone and we will certainly be returning to enjoy another holiday there! Thank you, Alenka, for a wonderful holiday. X

Delightful apartment

The property was everything that had been promised. Beautiful location with a stunning view from the balcony. The standard of the fixtures and fittings was very high and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment, the location and the country. Alenka was a charming owner - ever helpful when needed.

Excellent accommodation

This beautiful apartment is well decorated, furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We spent most of our time sitting on the terrace looking at the amazing view - it was to die for! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the supermarket, bakers and a very good restaurant. The taxi boat into Trogir picks up at the front of the villa. Alenka was extremely friendly and helpful telling us places to visit and giving us any other information we needed. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to Seget. Wonderful accommodation and area for a relaxing holiday.

I was born in Zagreb, where I also obtained my Master's Degree. I worked as a sales manager in a big corporation for thirty years, and I'm now retired.
Our family has forty years of experience in tourism; three generations have worked to contribute to it, and it's an immense source of pride for us.
I love meeting new people, and some of my guests have become longterm close friends. I want the guests to feel at home when they're here, and my housekeeper and I strive to be of the utmost help to them during their vacation. Each guest is special, and I tend to their individual needs.
Upon arrival, the guests get a welcoming package with all the important information, brochures, and maps related to the small fishing village where our villa is located, as well as to the popular destinations to visit during their stay, such as Trogir, Split, National Park Krka, nearby islands of Ciovo, Solta, Brac, etc.
Each guest also gets an individual departure gift as a souvenir for their stay in our villa.
I spend summers in Trogir, and winters in the capital of Zagreb and the US, where my daughter lives with her family.

You will be welcome in the villa by owner and housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay. We can organize for you different excursions to the near towns, National parks and islands and give you all information.
If you want we can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.

The villa is perfect for your holiday.
On 1th of May 2019 is opened a brand-new infinity luxury heated swimming pool (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) with a hydromassage.
The pool is connected to the summer kitchen and barbecue.
Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water. This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.
Water and salt pass through a generator, which - through the process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt.
There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!

In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches.
200 meters on the left side you can find a few restaurants in the fisherman village, or café, pizzeria and small restaurant 50 meters from the villa on the right side.
Further, if you walk on seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc..
Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.
The historical town museum Trogir is only 3 km away.
In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 11 pm and twice of week to Split.
Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away. If you want we can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.
There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.

Also we will provide you with: beach parasols, beach long chairs, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid hand-soap in the bathroom, trash bags in the kitchen and the bathroom.
