This modern holiday villa is nestled in the green countryside a little outside the village of Plano, above the Dalmatian Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia.

The two-story holiday villa is accordingly modernly equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. On a living space of 225 m² you will find a living and dining area with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms, a fitness room and even a laundry room. On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an oval wooden dining table with eight chairs. The open fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings. A stylish island separates the dining area from the kitchen, which only has the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction cooker with stylish round extractor hood made of stainless steel, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine offers additional convenience. A wide staircase leads up to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The four bedrooms are equipped once with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and three times with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. In addition, the sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional 140 cm x 200 cm double bed for two more people. Two of the three bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower attachment (one with a whirlpool function), the third has a modern shower cubicle. In all three bathrooms there is a wide vanity with base cabinet and wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet. Active vacationers can let off steam in the fitness room on the upper floor with generous equipment. A baby cot is available, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided and reliable WiFi internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday villa - free WiFi

From the large sun balcony on the upper floor you can enjoy the 360 ˚ panoramic view over the hilly landscape to the blue Adriatic Sea. Your private pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool can be heated (extra, payable locally: EUR 200 / week). And since the pool can be illuminated at night, you can still do your laps under the stars at a late hour. And right next to the sun terrace, the traditional stone grill invites you to long meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay, secure parking spaces are in front of the house.

Your holiday villa is approximately 3 km from the sea, the nearest beaches in front of Divulje and Kastel Stafilic are approximately 4 km away (sandy and pebble beaches). In the center of the village of Plano (1.5 km) you will find shops and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. And the historic port city of Trogir, about 6 km away, should definitely find a place on your excursion list.
