Miradouro do Castelo was founded in 1989, being the first restaurant of Castro Laboreiro that quickly became a gastronomic reference in the region, mainly due to the focus on regional products in the making of its menu.

Later came the Local Accommodation, which currently has 8 double / twin rooms all with private bathroom.

Miradouro do Castelo is located in one of the most beautiful spots in the region, where you can contemplate the Castro Laboreiro Castle, the Tortoise and the magnificent Castro Laboreiro Valley.

Clean and modernized

Nice surprise after a day of hiking and driving on winding roads. Great shower, comfortable beds, good breakfast and enjoyed dinner in their restaurant. So close to a hiking trail to the castelo.
