Great location 10 minutes from airport. Minutes from Arcadia and Oldtown Scottsdale. Close to East side freeways. Game room w pool and darts. 45000 gallon pool with lots of flagstone decking. Outdoor grill and bar with 2 sinks and large bar

House is very spacious with huge backyard complete with 45000 gallon pool and 10 ft by 10 ft hot tub that can accommodate 10 easily. Situated close to airport close to Oldtown Scottsdale and Arcadia. Backyard bbq island and a big outdoor bar that can seat 20. 1 70" HDTV indoors and 2 outdoor TVs and outdoor stereos. Pool table, darts and other games.
Entire house will be accessible with exception of a few closets. Backyard will be completely accessible with an outdoor bathroom and two sinks with a natural gas grill so you don't have to fetch propane.
I will most likely be available to help with anything you might need from working the hot tub, outdoor fire features or recommendations and great spots in town.
House is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and working on your tan.
Neighborhood is quiet and people stay to themselves but we do look out for each other. Very centrally located on the East side of Phoenix one block from the Scottsdale border.

Mark was an excellent host. He was prompt to respond to text inquiries leading up to our stay, he met us to walk the house and review the amenities, and he provided a nice welcome gift. Overall, the property was perfect for our guys’ weekend. It was close to the Scottsdale bar scene and had multiple large TVs and entertainment options.

Mark was a Great host! He met us at the house when we got in. Showed us around and had cold beverages waiting for us! The house is exactly as described! We had 12 guys stay there for a golf trip and it was perfect!

BEST house you'll EVER find for a large group

I can only say good things about my experience at this house. I stayed there with 14 other guys for my brother's bachelor party and everyone was blown away. The house is huge and can very comfortably sleep more guests than I had. The backyard is so spacious and has places for what felt like a few dozen people to sit. The outdoor speakers made it a perfect atmosphere during the day while we played cornhole and grilled. Everyone was constantly telling me how great of a job I did finding this house for the weekend and how perfect it was for the occasion. Mark was easily the best host I have ever rented from. He greeted us at the house for a tour and set out some snacks for everyone. Responds within the hour and sometimes minutes of reaching out to him. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in the area. I know I would definitely come back again. Thanks

Perfect house for a spring training group

Just enjoyed this house with a group of 11 for a bachelor party / spring training. The space, the games, amenities, bedrooms, etc. are all as-advertised in the photos and description. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, towels for pool/shower are stocked. There's TV's everywhere including a couple outside, which is a bonus for sports fans. Mark was an excellent host...he let us check-in early, greeted us at the house for a tour, and even set out some drinks and snacks for our arrival. He wants you to enjoy the house and have a good time. Would definitely come back again. Thanks!

Amazing Place

This place was absolutely great. Recently had my brothers bachelor party here and everything was way over my expectation.Slept 13 of us perfectly. The house was huge, as well as the back yard. Hot tub was a huge hit as well along with the speakers and TV outside. Mark was such a great host and accommodated us beyond our expectations . Would highly recommend staying at Marks place if you are in the Phoenix area.

Beautiful Property!!

This house was perfect. The location was awesome. The set up was amazing and the layout was perfect. The amenities were great, we had everything we needed. It felt like a safe area and was relatively close to downtown area and the nightlife. The pictures the owner posted does not do this place any justice. Would definitely recommend!
