Fantastic flat and location. Reading previous reviews about the noisiness of bar below, we brought our white noise machine. That does the trick. I would highly recommend this place and would rebook when in London again. Centrally located with easy access to the tube. In the heart of theatre district, solving “what to do when n a rainy day”. Many free museums. One mile from Big Ben; one mile from Buckingham Palace.

Great Location?

This property is difficult to rate due to the bar below the flat. It is a well appointed unit in a great location. That said the loud music from the bar below on weekends makes it difficult to sleep before 3AM. If you a late night person then the unit is perfect!

Awesome flat in SOHO

We've stayed here a few times now and the location is just getting better each time - new places opening and lots to do in the area. I highly recommend it!

Great location but VERY noisy and disappointing service from management

I find it difficult to review this property because there are both pros and cons and it can be hard to determine if the cons outweigh the pros or vice versa. On the "pros" - the unit is well appointed (with the exception of fans), clean and the location is close to everything - much of it within walking distance. On the "cons" list: - the service was extremely disappointing on two counts. 1 - we couldn't get into the safe after locking it and had many things inside that we needed. We contacted multiple people Friday morning who assured us it would be handled that day but it wasn't. I needed to chase at least 10 times over the next few days and it was finally opened on Sunday. 2 - Also on Friday morning we said that the unit was extremely hot and that there we no fans in the unit. We were also assured that would be handled but we didn't get a fan (we actually had to go into another unit ourselves after being given the code) until Monday. 3 days without is unacceptable - we knew there would be noise from the street but the noise is insane. People should be discouraged from using the living room as a sleeping area (or at least warned of this). Even with earphones it was too noisy to sleep - we were assured that while it's a busy street it's very safe. With the large crowds right outside the door (we often had to move them out of the doorway - a couple of times they were throwing up right there) it didn't feel perfectly safe.

Muy buena

El apartamento está nuevo, a 5 minutos de picadilly, decir céntrico es poco. El ruido de la calle por la noche era incomodo para quien dormía en el sofá, pues hay pubs. Por lo demás excelente, nos dieron todo lo que pedimos. Gracias!
