Balloon Watchers Retreat is a unique bohemian-styled one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a gothic Victorian villa situated on the lower slopes of the Wells Road, close to the River Avon and the South entrance into the centre of Bath.
Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse. Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments.
This is a character-filled building and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" many guests desire nowadays. It may not be your cup of tea, but if you enjoy the unusual and the quirky, this is the right place for you.
Balloon Watchers Retreat offers a quaint one bedroom apartment, with an extra single bed in the lounge. It is on the ground floor of this amazing building with a double bedroom, compact kitchen, shower room, and comfortable sitting room featuring fantastic views over Bath, where you can watch Hot Air Balloons taking off from Bath's Royal Victoria Park.
