Nordic pool villa in Coveta Fuma with sea view and 5 min walk to the beach

We are a Danish - international family (4 - 2 daughters in the 20s) that have lived around the whole mainly in South East Asia for 17 years and now settled in Denmark as our home. When we came to Denmark we dreamed of more sun, great Spanish food and having our own home near the Mediterranean Sea.
We bought this house in 2015 and totally renovated it into a holiday home our family that appreciate to cook together, to go to the beach easily and swim/sunbath or paddle, go to local markets to do our grocery shopping, to have the airport max 30 min from the house and could walk within 5 min to the beach and have a stunning Seaview from the terasse.
We value good quality, causal nordic style mixed with spanish materials, easy life, low maintenance, family time, freedom so we each can do what we like and need and here the small tram is a big advantage.
We care for our house and furniture and all things in the house have been chosen from the heart and mean something to us .We love to open our home to other people that like to have a relaxing holiday in some of Spains best areas.

The villa is fully furbished and consists of 3 large bedrooms with double beds (good Danish mattresses) and air-condition, 2 bathrooms, a large air conditioned living room with a fantastic lounge area and a large wooden dining table.
The kitchen is the centerpiece of the villa, a large granite table and 4 chairs so the whole family can cook together. The kitchen is equipped with good tableware, microwave oven, conventional oven, induction stove, osmosis filter for safe drinking water (no need to carry water from the supermarket), juicer, blender, coffee maker, water boiler, American style refrigerator with ice maker as well as other quality kitchen equipment that makes cooking the many fantastic Spanish foods so much more enjoyable.

The washer and dryer is located in the large garage where you will also find beach chairs, beany bags for the pool area, cooler bags, yoga mats, picnic baskets and games.

The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with closets, dressers and mirrors. The two bathrooms are both with shower and one with a large tub. There are two televisions, one in the living rooms and one in the lounge area down stairs.

Beach towels are available.

In the little kitchen garden at street level with the main entrance will you find a small nice local herb garden for cooking.
On the cliff side there are fruit trees - lemon, oranges, mandarines, figs, abricots, pomegranates, advokadoes and mangoes.
Feel free to enjoy all the Spanish produces.

Included in the rental is: water and electricity up to 100 KwH/week – additional KwH is chargeable at 0,25/KwH.
