Very large apartment and very well located
Apartment renovated 5 years ago, has a large kitchen can eat more than 6 people, 2 bathrooms, one has a shower, the hall has a length of 11 meters, in the dining room there are 2 3-seater sofas, at the table they can eat 10 people, the TV has channels for almost all languages, it has 3 rooms with 135 beds and the other 2, each one has 2 single beds, the floor has 3 skylights, one is the washing machine, all covered in the upper part with Cristal, the beach is 5 minutes walk. in the street there are trees and swings to play children, restaurants and pharmacy very close, Sunday market and bus station 50 meters

Herr Jose Soler ist sehr nett und er hat auf uns lange Zeit gewartet, obwohl wir zu spät waren.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber.
Und sie ist in der Nähe von viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.
Der Strand entfernt nur 5Min zu Fuß

Es una familia que respeta la convivencia entre vecinos ,no pone el volumen del televisor muy alto ,cierra las puertas con suavidad, apenas hace ruido.
La limpieza que han hecho del apartamento está muy bien

Wir hatten in Roses einen Super Urlaub total stressfreier Check In , Wir hatten jederzeit Kontakt zum Vermieter . Total netter sympathischer Mann , Trotz 6 stündiger Verspätung war s für den Vermieter kein Problem und wartete . Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte Problemlos . Super war das man direkt am Eingang in einer Garage Parken konnte mind Platz für 4 Autos .👍 Die Wohnung verfügt über Satelliten TV , Ventilatoren in jedem der 5 Schlafzimmern , Küche ist kmpl eingerichtet mit allem was man so zum Kochen benötigt .2 Zimmer verfügen über ein Ehebett 140x200 die restlichen 3 Zimmer haben jeweils 2 Einzelbetten die man aber auch bequem zusammen schieben kann . Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden . Balkon sehr Eng wenn man mit 5/6 Leuten drauf sitzen möchte
Fußläufig war man in 2 min an allen Geschäften die man so braucht ( da Fußgänger Zone )
5 min bis zum Strand .
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden dort auch ein zweites Mal Buchen .
Danke an den tollen Vermieter ☺️ auch wenn man nur Spanisch sich verständigen konnte ging es irwie .
