Casa NENNO with garden-solarium and beautiful view of the sea and the coast

In a land rich in history and traditions, in a place suspended between heaven and earth, "Villa Nenno" was born, a dwelling that immediately gives the suggestion of fully experiencing the ancient local saying "Conca dei Marini ... the sea from every window , the sun in every window ".

The exterior is a real plus of the villa, thanks to the sea view and the quiet it enjoys.
The covered terrace, with a lava stone table, allows you to experience the outside environment even during hot summer days and is ideal for lunches and dinners; the large garden is perfect for reading a book in the shade of a tree, relaxing in the jacuzzi with hydromassage or sunbathing on the chez long (the outdoor shower is useful for cooling off on the hottest days).

Inside there is an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with private bathroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and a mezzanine master suite with private bathroom. The Villa has air conditioners, to have both cold and hot air, and free wifi.
All embellished with wonderful ceramic floors in pure coastal style and local ceramics.

The kitchen is very spacious, equipped with all the appliances you may need, such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, American coffee machines, fridge and freezer. There is a table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and a piece of furniture containing splendid local ceramic crockery.

The living room, with wonderful exposed beams, has 2 very comfortable sofas, ideal for resting in the evening watching a movie thanks to the Smart TV, to enjoy a coffee overlooking the sea or any other moment you wish.
From here you have access to a bathroom and the laundry room.

The ground floor bedroom has a queen size double bed and a single bed, a desk, a very large wardrobe and a private bathroom (if needed, there is an iron and ironing board).

On the mezzanine floor there is the master suite with a characteristic domed roof, has a queen size bed, a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

All bathrooms are complete with sanitary ware and shower, finely furnished with local ceramics (thanks to an agreement with a local producer you can get a discount if you decide to buy ceramics).

To reach the Villa there are about 170 steps.
