La casa está situada en la costa de Amalfi en una posición espléndida con vistas al mar. La casa tiene 2 dormitorios, un baño, cocina, un gran salón / sala de estar con sofá cama, una gran terraza, un jardín con piscina. La casa es una villa independiente con aparcamiento privado. Casa De Angelis es de unos 90 metros cuadrados y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Consta de dos habitaciones dobles con televisión y aire acondicionado, un baño con ducha a ras de suelo, un amplio salón con muebles finos y un sofá cama doble con televisión y aire acondicionado.
La cocina está bien equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas y horno tradicional, nevera grande con congelador, máquina de café espresso y placa de gas extra grande.
Casa De Angelis está equipada con conexión wi-fi, aire acondicionado y calefacción. El estacionamiento está incluido para un auto.
En la propiedad también hay una gran área de piscina equipada (1000 m2) con césped, ducha, tumbonas y tumbonas compartidas con mi familia cuando estamos de vacaciones. Desde la casa a través de un camino de escalones y senderos a la sombra de los limones se llega a la espléndida "Spiaggia dei Limoni" a la que se accede por una puerta privada. Desde Casa De Angelis puede llegar a todos los famosos centros turísticos de la costa de Amalfi (Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano), así como a Pompeya, Herculano, Vesubio y la hermosa Nápoles.
Con un corto viaje en ferry también puede disfrutar de las hermosas islas de Capri e Ischia. Casa De Angelis se encuentra entre Cetara y Erchie a lo largo de la costa de Amalfi. Se puede llegar a Cetara con una corta caminata de unos 10 minutos, aquí encontrará agradables bares, restaurantes y tiendas.
La parada de autobús (SITA SUD) está a unos 300 metros.

Gem along the Amalfi Coast

We loved our stay at the De Angelis property! Although it was still a bit cool while we were here, it was lovely. We enjoyed the views from the home and patio. Even took a walk down to the water between rain storms. It was easy to see that the patio and beach would be spectacular in the warmer months! Excellent kitchen with all tools/appliances needed. Onsite parking is also a plus. Silvio is an excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable with the property, and even assisted with a dinner reservation when we arrived late and tired. Excellent recommendation to dine at Ristorante San Pietro in Cetara. Great experience!

Lovely property not ideal for all families.

Active senior fam of 4 There is street noise from motorcycles and buses. Buses honk horns until late evening to alert pedestrians and drivers as the road is dangerous. walk to the beach is 237 steps of climbing. Not practical for all. Be prepared with outdoor water shoes. Once there it was lovely. There is an ironing board but you will be sharing the iron with the host family. Bus stop not ideal and neither is walking to town. There is no shoulder on the road for safe walking. This is a mountainous narrow and winding road with heavy traffic. The bathroom is small with no place for toiletries . Shower was extremely small and hard to close door. When they say pet friendly you should be ok with the local stray cat hanging out in your space. Most of my family wasn't bothered but we have one family member who is allergic and had to be very aware of the cat hair on some of the outdoor cushions. The cat fight or mating one evening went on a bit long and it would have been nice if we didn't have to endure that. The DeAngelis family is correct "car recommended" heed that statement. Will be difficult If not familiar with European driving. Lastly, the address given is not correct. Not sure if this is on the part of Vrbo or host...We hired professional drivers to and from Rome and both stated the address was confusing and inaccurate. The Villa is in Erchie and not Maiori. The De Angelis Family was attentive to our needs. Beautiful and large outdoor area . Amazing view

A pool and a beach on the Amalfi coast

We stayed with our adult daughter and partner for 3 nights in September. Absolutely loved the place. Such a pleasure to walk down to the private beach for a swim and jump in the pool at any time. Silvio was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the area. Great home base for Amalfi coast. If you don’t want to drive (driving and parking are challenging here), it’s possible to use buses while staying here.

Huge Terrace, Close to Cetara, beach at the doorstep

We’re a family of 5 who loved our time here. Silvio is a fabulous host who lives upstairs. He is always available if you need him (gave us great tips on everything from restaurants to places to visit) but he never encroaches on your personal space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house really comfortable but it’s the outdoor space that makes this property so special. A massive, tiled outdoor patio with lots of space to lounge around with tables, chairs or sun lounges. There’s a very large grass area for kids to kick a ball or play and it all overlooks the Mediterranean. The view is beautiful and it’s a short walk down to a cute little beach which you do share with locals. The beach can get busy but it’s still a great spot. The only struggle we had with this property was the traffic noise. We didn’t quite expect it from the pics but it’s on the main road with cars, motor bikes and big buses beeping horns most of the day. Although this was disappointing for us the noise wasn’t bad at night, didn't start till mid morning and we could sleep easily. Otherwise a really fantastic place to stay with a delightful host.

Beautiful view and owner is great!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s so quiet compared to being right in towns. No honking or cars zooming past. Everything worked well, view of private beach was beautiful, and the owner/host was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend and will be back. If you have small kiddos or teenagers, this is the spot to stay away from craziness and crowds.

Wonderful!

Silvio was a fantastic host! He helped us book drivers and cabs, fixed a problem we had with the lock and most graciously of all, he drove us to/from a supermarket because we didn’t have a rental car! His home is so charming with the most beautiful view and access to a beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with every utensil and appliance we needed to cook breakfasts and even to grill outside. Cetara was quieter than the more touristy towns, and we had fantastic dinners there on several nights. We never used the pool because we were busy visiting other areas of the coast and going kayaking, but his home would be a great place to stay put and relax for several days. We loved our stay, thank you, Silvio!

Die Amalfiküste ist die schönste Küste Europas, das Grundstück großzügig, wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick ,direkt unter der viel befahrenen Straße ,sodass der Krach der Motoradfahrer leider nicht zu überhören ist ein Spaziergang auf der Amalfitana nach Cetana nicht zu empfehlen.Ein Tipp für Silvio, der im 1.Geschoss des Hauses weekend verbringt: die Schlafzimmertüren mit Glas zu ersetzen von unserem Mietzins sowie die Badezimmertür, um ein wenig Intimität zu gewährleisten, auch die Klimaanlage bei 34 Grad vor Vermietung zu kontrollieren,es gäbe noch weitere Tipps...dann würde das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmen...

Gorgeous Views, Gracious Hosts

Our family had an amazing experience at the home of Silvio and Maria. The views from the large terrace were absolutely stunning. The walk to the beach was easy, and the private beach delivered beautiful vistas. Silvio was an excellent host, providing guidance for touring the area, including Napoli, recommending a fine restaurant in Cetara, and making our stay comfortable by tending to any request or need. Staying in Erchie gave easy access to the entire Amalfi Coast and we spent a day on its winding roads; we expecially enjoyed the town of Ravello and highly recommend a visit there. It took us under an hour to arrive at Pompei, a sobering and wonderful experience-- don't miss it! We also enjoyed our conversations with Silvio and engaged in topics beyond our daily needs or excursions on the Amalfi Coast. We truly believe we have made real friends with the De Angelis family and we hope to stay at their lovely vacation home when we return to further explore Naples and the surrounding area.. Thank you, Silvio and Maria...we will never forget you! La nostra famiglia ha vissuto un'esperienza straordinaria a casa di Silvio e Maria. I panorami dalla grande terrazza erano assolutamente sbalorditivi. La passeggiata per la spiaggia era facile e la spiaggia privata offriva splendide viste. Silvio è stato un eccellente padrone di casa, fornendo indicazioni per visitare la zona, tra cui Napoli, raccomandando un raffinato ristorante a Cetara e rendendo confortevole il nostro soggiorno tendendo a qualsiasi richiesta o necessità. Soggiornare a Erchie ha dato un facile accesso a tutta la Costiera Amalfitana e abbiamo trascorso una giornata sulle sue strade tortuose; abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la città di Ravello e consiglio vivamente una visita lì. Ci è voluta meno di un'ora per arrivare a Pompei, un'esperienza sbalorditiva e meravigliosa, da non perdere! Abbiamo apprezzato anche le nostre conversazioni con Silvio e ci siamo impegnati in argomenti che vanno oltre le nostre esigenze quotidiane o escursioni in Costiera Amalfitana. Crediamo davvero di aver stretto amicizia con la famiglia De Angelis e speriamo di rimanere nella loro meravigliosa casa per le vacanze quando torneremo per esplorare ulteriormente Napoli e l'area circostante. Grazie, Silvio e Maria... non ti dimenticheremo!

Fabulous locations & views

We have just had 5 fabulous days at Casa De Angelis. The best thing about the house is being able to walk down lots of steps through lemon groves to a lovely little beach - beautiful. There is a huge amount of outside space and the pool is great - shared with Silvio but that was fine. The house was functional & comfortable - great air conditioning which is a must when it was so hot. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is also in a great location near a lovely village called Cetara. I highly recommend this for a family. Thank you so much Silvio for being such a great host. Hope we can come back! Caroline

I never leave reviews but this was awesome!

We stayed at Silvio’s place and it was amazing! Everything was exactly as advertised! The property and pool were great and it was a short walk to the beach/cove. Moreover, Silvio treated us like family. He even drove us to town for grocery shopping, helped us with some future reservations (helped us make a good choice for a tour in Naples) and arranged a transfer from his place to Naples. He is wonderful! He gave us lots of good travel advice. He is genuine and knows everyone and is a good resource! We will be back!!!

Beautiful house with easy to access beach

We had a wonderful stay at Silvio's lovely house. We walked to Cetara and back most evenings to enjoy the many restaurants with superb fish dishes. The lovely beach is easily accessed down through the lemon trees, and pedalos are available from Erchie. We visited Paestrum, Pompeii and even managed Rome on the super fast train. Silvio is very helpful and wonderfully enthusiastic.

Ein wunderbares, liebevoll, geplegtes Ferienhaus

Diese Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und wird von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter, der seine Ferienwohnung im OG hat, vermietet. Die Wohung und die Terrasse mit 200 q-Metern liegt 200 Stufen, mit direktem Zugang, vom öffentlichen Strand entfernt, der nur über das Grundstück erreichbar ist. Wir hatten hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, und fanden alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit vor. Wir können diese Ferienwohung nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen.
