場所、場所!!!!!! ゲート付き5 *マールメナーゴルフリゾートにあるスタイリッシュなファミリーヴィラ。完璧な休日に必要なすべての設備が整っています。 さまざまなバー、レストラン、素晴らしいカレイア5 *スパ＆ホテルコンプレックスまで歩いて行ける距離（3分）ですが、邪魔にならない距離です。

ヴィラからは、ゴルフコースの後方を見渡せますが、ゴルフボールを引き付けたり、プールエリア内やプールエリア周辺のリラクゼーションを妨げたりすることはありません。

南東に面したプールと大きなサンテラスエリアは、日中の日の出から夕方まで日光浴を楽しみながら日焼けに最適です。 6つのサンベッドとたくさんの追加の座席があります。 プールは温めることができ（追加料金）、一年中いつでも泳ぐことができます!!!

夕方には、背面のプールエリアが、広々とした完全に照明のある屋外ダイニングまたはバーベキューエリアに変わります。 プールには、色と速度の機能を備えたリモート制御照明システムが備わっています。 伝統的なスペイン風のバーベキュー、独立したホットプレート調理エリア、リラックスできるアルコーブの座席エリアがあります。 あなたは本当に滞在するだけで楽しめます!!!

We had a lovely half term break at this villa, the kitchen is well equipped and provides all that you would need if you were at home. The weather was beautiful so we made the most of the pool with the stunning views of the golf course. We visited the beach which is around a 20 minute drive, or 5-10 mins to Los Alcázares. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here

Located on one of the best holes on the golf course but tucked away so you aren’t overlooked by golfers. Amazing location, lovely villa equipped with everything you need. Very accommodating owner and great property manager onsite

Great Relaxing Holiday

Enjoyed nearly 3 weeks at this beautiful villa with family. It is lovely and clean and has everything you need. It’s is in a fabulous location and just a short stroll to a variety of bars and restaurants. Owner very responsive to any requests. We will definitely return. Thank You

Exceptionally fine villa

The villa is exceptionally fine. The villa is furnished with high-quality furniture and there you can find everything you could need during your vacation. The villa is well taken care of and is very clean. The location of the villa is good. Communication with the owners is easy and good. We warmly recommend this villa to everyone!

An mervellous stay

An idyllic stay. A very clean villa, very well equipped, very nice owners. Our on-site contact John is extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The maintenance of the swimming pool every Tuesday is very appreciable. We had a dream vacation !! Villa Anguilla is the villa of happiness, calm and rest. thank you for everything !!!

Wow

Spent a wonderful week in this fabulous villa. The villa was spotless, very modern and nicely furnished. The location was excellent, ideal for the local amenities. There were golf clubs and bikes available to use. The pool side had lots of places to sit, chill and sunbathe with views of the golf course. The villa hosts were extremely helpful and available for any queries whilst we were there. All in all a great time was had by all!

Perfect location & villa

Would highly recommend this villa for anyone staying at the Mar Menor Golf resort. Three good size bedrooms large sun room and ideal living room with all the sports channels. Pool very nice though a bit deep if you have kids or non-swimmers. Welcomed in person by John and shown around - lovely to have a few beers and soft drinks chilling in the fridge also! Seriously the location is perfect only a few mins to hotel and spar. Would highly recommend. Thanks Steven and John.

A hidden Gem

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. This is a fab villa to stay in with a great sized pool and gorgeous views over the golf course.. The l villa has everything you need including an excellent tv system which allows you to view or football games if you a footie fan along with a mountain of films to view.. the location is superb being a short distance to bars/restaurants offfsiite, extremely close to the hotel on siite along with the Spar,,crazy golf and many other sporting activities. The worse part was having to depart from here but we have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return. Thank you both for allowing us to stay in your fantastic villa..

Fantastic Villa

This is the 5th time that we have stayed at the MMGR and this is by far the best Villa. Booking was simple and we were always kept up to date at every stage. We even amended our dates and this was no trouble at all. Steve always responded very quickly to all requests. On arrival we were met by the property Manager, shown around and advised how everything worked. Villa was very clean, modern and the pool area is just brilliant. Everything you need is available and this made us feel very comfortable straight away. It really is a luxury Villa and you can tell that it has been a much loved holiday home in the way it has been decorated to a very high standard! The pool area has both sunny and shady areas which is great and you have the choice of eating at the outside table or in the sunroom. We had a great holiday and this Villa really made that possible! We will definitely be retuning in the future!

Villa Aquilla

This is a lovely villa with everything you need. A lovely sun room opens onto the pool. John and Christine who look after the villa and also live on the resort, are lovely people and so kind and helpful. They could not do enough to help us. It made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful modernised and homely villa. We have been coming to mar menor for many years and this is the loveliest villa we have stayed in. Bookings and all queries dealt with promptly by the owners and the property manager on site. We had a lovely relaxing holiday with the outside pool area attracting the sun all day and a view over the golf course. Having only returned last night we have already booked to go again next year! Highly recommend.

We live in the UK and have owned Villa Aguila since 2017. We previously owned on Mar Menor's sister resort La Torre Golf Resort so we know and love the area. We use the Villa for around 16 weeks a year for family holidays,

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is perfectly located and has everything required for a perfect holiday. Sport enthusiasts are well catered for with endless golf courses, walks, cycle rides and water sports. There are some excellent local restaurants catering for all cuisines. The gated resort is very safe and provides a relaxing environment for that perfect holiday experience.

Villa Aguila is centrally located on the resort and enjoys full sun all day on the rear terrace/pool area, With it's open views across the golf course the Villa provides a perfect base for a wonderful relaxing holidays.

As you will see from our reviews guests have benefitted from the excellent service provided by our property managers John & Christine. The Property is cleaned thoroughly inside and out before guests arrival, including terraces, glass/windows and balconies. John & Christine, who live a walk from the Villa, are on hand to help should you need anything during your stay.
