The villa, independent on three sides, has: • garden complete with outdoor shower and barbecue • a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners • living room with kitchenette and Led Screen TV • windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine • sleeping area. The sleeping area has a only 1 bedroom [with a double bed] and two additional independent spaces: the first with a single bed, the second with a French size bed. All the rooms are connected with the courtyard through French windows. The air conditioning / heating is guaranteed by 2 split air conditioners [living room and bedroom]. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and pots, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and hob. The fireplace and the electric oven are not available. The villa comfortably accommodates up to a maximum of 4 adults but is an ideal accommodation for adult couples and families with 1-2 children. Free Wi-Fi and private parking

The street where we are: Via Levanete, is not involved in road or pedestrian traffic, as it is used only by residents to access homes. Guests can also reach the town of Villasimius on foot with a short walk [900mt]. The village is very lively and has all the services. Impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, night clubs and the shopping street, Sardinian handicrafts and traditional food shops.
