The house is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea in a peaceful setting.

Its location is perfect for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, such as Mari Pintau, Kal’e Moru, Geremeas, Solanas, Villasimius, Cala Sinzias, Costa Rei, Chia, and Tuerredda.

The villa features a private entrance and a large private garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying lunch or dinner outdoors.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a second bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. Guests will have the entire house and all outdoor spaces to themselves in complete privacy.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket, a bar and tobacco shop, restaurants, a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, a pharmacy, a post office, a church, tennis courts, and all major amenities.

Just a few minutes away are the Port of Capitana (Porto Armando), featuring restaurants, a diving center, a sailing school, boat tours, and rentals of inflatable boats, bicycles, scooters, and cars, as well as the Hotel Sighientu Resort, with a wellness center, spa, and swimming pools that are also open to non-residents.
