You'll love my place because of the location, it is loaded with New Orleans charm (chandeliers, fireplaces, 12' ceilings, wood floors) This condo is the prime ground floor unit with private front porch facing the blvd; 1 block to Annunciation Square; 1.5 miles to French Quarter; 2 blocks to Magazine St.; 5 min walk to St. Charles; 1 mile to I-10; location is fantastic. 2 Off- street gated parking spaces.

There is 1 queen size bed, couch and an air mattress.

If available 2 bedroom/2 bath condo across the hall can also be rented. Please contact me for availability.

Comfortable, great location in the Big Easy!

My wife and I spent 30 nights at this property, we had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed. We appreciated that everything worked well in the apartment including the heating and A/C. Based on the location we were able to walk to many city attractions. We did bring our own bikes which greatly increased our range. The neighborhood was very nice with a couple of parks nearby.
