The main floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining room, and a fabulous separate kitchen with a kitchen island and modern appliances.

On this floor, you will also find four bedrooms. The huge master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and large shower, huge windows overlooking the sierra, and private access to the terrace. The second bedroom features one double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, whereas the last two bedrooms each have two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The layout of this floor also provides a separate toilet.

The ground floor, on the other hand, welcomes two bedrooms with a double bed each, which share the use of a bathroom with a shower.

The house is provided with warm/cool air-con and central heating.

The outdoor space of the house welcomes a fabulous covered terrace, which is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room, where you can enjoy tasty delicacies in the open-air dining area while rejoicing in the mountain views. The porch provides access to the pool area, which is equipped with sun loungers that let you sunbathe as much as you want.
