Piscina privada: Perfecta para refrescarse bajo el sol español. Climatización de la piscina (opcional): La piscina se puede climatizar bajo petición, disponible del 1 de abril al 15 de noviembre. (Precio: 190 € por semana).

Amplia barbacoa: Prepare deliciosas comidas a la parrilla para sus tardes.

Información práctica y condiciones de reserva

Queremos ser transparentes sobre las condiciones de su estancia:

Se requiere un depósito de seguridad de 500 € a la llegada (pago con tarjeta), reembolsable 7 días después de su salida, siempre que no se detecten daños.

El aire acondicionado está incluido solo en las habitaciones. Se incluye una tarifa fija de 30 € por semana a la llegada. Además, deberá pagar por su uso (coste medio: 1 € por hora de uso).

Mascotas: Se acepta una mascota de tamaño mediano con nuestro consentimiento previo. Se aplica un cargo de 50 € por mascota.

Alquileres de larga duración: Para estancias superiores a 28 días, el coste de la electricidad se cobra aparte a una tarifa de 0,35 €/kWh.

Edad mínima: Nota: La persona que realiza la reserva debe ser mayor de 25 años.

Amazing Views

Great villa, spacious and just as the pictures show. Would highly recommend this villa, if you are looking for peace and comfort. One of those beauties, you will be happy to return to.

Firstly, our flight into Malaga was delayed which meant we arrived at the property around 11:30 - the driver we arranged got us lost (not the property owners fault) sadly our minibus couldn’t take us directly to the property as the hill to the property was so steep *not mentioned in the advert* We had two over 70’s and 4 children between the age of 6 months and 9 years - if we had known the property was so hard to access we wouldn’t have booked. The pool side is tired and needs some tlc - 3 of the children cut either a finger or toe on missing tiles on the steps into the pool. There is a rather large, and quite scary crack along the tiles which again multiple guests hurt themselves on. The highchair provided had broken straps - so much so it couldn’t be used safely. The fridge was dreadful - we purchased enough shopping for 10 guests and once loaded it stopped working completely. Jose came to the property with a replacement which was very kind however, he then proceeded to patronisingly tell us we had loaded it wrong… amazingly. The oven tripped the electrics - again we were patronisingly told we were using it wrong… I can assure you with 6 adults attending we all agreed this wasn’t the case - no where in the welcome pack or notes did it explain how to “use it” in the “correct” way. We arrived to no toilet paper and a note saying you’re not allowed to flush it. I understand the drainage system in place would struggle but again.. there was zero mention of this in the description. When approaching Vrbo regarding these issues, they weren’t prepared to help us and pointed us in the direction of the property management, they were rude and suggested we made these FACTS up. I suggest you really consider before booking this property and any other managed by these people. Personally I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First of all, I would like to point out that the villa is not difficult to access, quite the contrary. On the other hand, before booking, I think you did not see where the villa was located. Regarding the pool tiles, the tiles were not broken but simply removed to prevent someone from getting hurt, and we told you about it. This had to be repaired but of course without customers. And what has been done since. Regarding the high chair, it was provided in perfect condition because these are things that we check. The fridge was checked by José and it worked perfectly. And moreover he brought you a 2nd fridge. Regarding toilet paper, it was provided to you upon your arrival and we ask that you do not throw away wipes or sanitary napkins as this clogs the toilet. In any case, we can't do anything when the customer books and gets the wrong destination.... The team

Lovely location and property

Lovely property up in the hills above Malaga (drive is not for the fainthearted!). All very clean and as described. Lovely pool and very comfortable beds. We had a slight issue at check in (the key code supplied was incorrect and so we couldn’t get in, but this was quickly resolved. Hosts were attentive, checking we were ok, advising of local activities etc. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Tranquility

We have just got back from a stay here and loved it. Checking in process, very easy. Property was so clean inside and out. Everything you could need whilst we was there. Two little bars down the road, literally a 2 minute walk. I think my husband and I ate everything on the menu at El Molino’s. Food was 5* Location was soooo peaceful and it made you feel so relaxed. However, the drive up the first time wasn’t for the faint hearted but we quickly got used to the roads. Having a car is a must. And also, the walk up to the villa, if coming back from the bars is really steep, but we managed absolutely fine, but someone with mobility issues may not. Only thing I’d say is the drive up to Comares from the main road is about 35 minutes, due to the roads being so windy. However, this wasn’t a problem at all. So Malaga airport was more like an hour n 15 mins away. Just something to bare in mind if you like to go travelling whilst away.
