Double Villa is a complex of two villas, one eith 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families or large groups, as it can host up to 14 guests.
They cover an area of 135sqm and 153sqm, respectively. They both have two levels and are built with all due respect to the environment. Central system of heating and cooling can be controlled individually by the guests at their bedrooms in order to respond to their special needs. The properties are appropriate for winter holidays too, and the ground floor heating creates the ideal conditions for it.
Both main entrances place you on the top floor where you enter into the living room and the dining area. In both living rooms there is a large corner sofa whose two parts can be turned into two single beds and also a LED TV with DVD and CD player which can entertain you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need and offers whatever necessary for a nice and cool living. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, boiler, pots and pans are included. A round wooden table can be used for dining, while large glass doors offer direct view to the Sea of Crete. The view of the blue waters of the sea will captivate your sight and your mind, at this villa in Falassarna.
The villa has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the bedrooms dominate the colors of Cretan scenery. The grey of the rocky Cretan mountains, the brown of the sand and the green of the olive trees. Three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and the other two have two single beds each, which can be converted into two king size beds. All the linen equipment brings the signature of COCO-MAT, well-known for its high quality organic products. Each bedroom has its own TV.
At the ground floor of both villas, there is also a spa room and an interior Jacuzzi of four and two people respectively, promising to offer you moments of well-being and relaxation.
One veranda with pergola, for each one villa, is in front of the living room furnished with a round table suitable for taking your breakfast enjoying the outstanding natural beauty of the area. Both living rooms have access to the pools and the main terrace.
The outdoor areas are extended in many levels. All of them have a stunning view to the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. In both villas, at the first level, there is a big hill full of trees and bushes recently planted. At the next level, they are located the 52sqm pools. During the winter months the pools can be heated with an extra cost.
The guests can enjoy the sunbathing in the comfortable wooden sun loungers.
There is also an exterior Jacuzzi of 2 people in each villa, which can help you relax and refresh yourself through your stay. Combine them with the swimming in the pool or in the sea or with walking at the peaceful region to relax your minds.
At the same level, in both villas, there is a dining area with pergola and a barbecue, which can give you the opportunity to taste local products by cooking them by yourselves. At the next level, there are the outdoor living-rooms. A built-of-stone sofa with fluffy pillows, for each villa, constitute the ideal choice for gazing the one of the most beautiful sunsets having ever seen in your life.
Our little guests can enjoy the playground found next to the living-room area. The area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents. The children can also spend their time on other activities especially provided for them.
Vineyard and olive trees could not but being included in a Cretan property. The guests have access to their own kitchen garden for vegetables being in season.
At this Villa nothing may annoy you but the summer breeze and the sound of sea.
