Quiet and Convenient! Fabulous Villa suited to Families, Walkers, Couples

Private detached villa on large corner plot . The accommodation is on the lower floor but the upper floor will be closed and empty so you enjoy apartment living with a large well maintained outside space and private pool.
Reflurbished in 2019 accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans both with an en-suite shower/ wc .
Fully equipped open plan kitchen/lounge/ diner with air con , U.K. tv ( English language) and WiFi.
Outside you have a choice of where to sit and relax in the terraced garden and pool side .
French doors open onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or step down to a large sunbathing terrace with loungers & umbrellas . A (gas) BBQ area with fridge, sink, washing machine and alternative dining area. Or take yourself to the shade of the palm and enjoy the quiet of your surroundings.

Hill side views with lovely sunsets

A 5 min walk and you have access to a large Pepe la Sal supermarket, where there is Electric car charging, a gas satiation , chemist, cash point, bars and cafes and good restaurants all within walking distance .
Directions/ map are in the house folder. Here you can catch the bus into Moraira town or explore Calpe.
To drive to Moraira town and beach ,Playa de L'Ampolla , takes less than 10 minutes on the main CV-746 road with several bars and restaurants and beautiful views on the way.
5 minutes drive in the opposite direction you will find the 2 secluded beaches Baladra and Advocat or spend the day in Calpe , a 30 minute drive.
A walk into town takes 45 mins downhill depending on how many refreshment stops you make on the way !
There are 2 secluded beaches within a 30 min coastal walk , Baladra & Advocat great for snorkling and refreshments. The coastal walk can take you all the way to Calpe !
Club de Golf Ifach , a 9 hole course situated in San Jaime is less than 10 minutes drive away .

Great place to stay

No problems at all with this lovely property and the outside space was exceptional with lots of outdoor furniture and a lovely pool. Very quiet area but within a 5 minute walk to a large supermarket. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Lindsey and Rachel.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa - ideal for a small group. Everything you would need with beautiful gardens and a nice sized private pool. Walking distance to supermarket, bars & restaurants. Good communication with both Lindsey & Rachel and both really helpful. Would definitely return.

Beautiful house with large and well-kept garden

The house is very well equipped and everything was clean. The garden and pool area are well maintained. The communication worked very well. Enquiries were answered quickly. The house is in a quiet location. Shopping facilities can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Beautiful days on the coast of Benissa

We enjoyed our holiday very much. Great holiday home on a spacious property for sole use. Very quiet and appealing surroundings. The flat was very clean and functionally furnished. Our 9 year old daughter had her own room with bathroom. The pool is spacious and very nice. We spent a lot of time directly there. There is a large supermarket, doctors and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Moraira is 5-10 minutes away by car. Many greetings and many thanks to Lindsey and Rachel, we will be happy to come back again.

Great cosy house with lovely outside space

The property is very traditional but the owner has upgraded it with a newish kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with virtually all you need. A perfect place for a couple or a family with small children. If there were 4 adults I think the living space would feel a bit small unless it was summer time and you spent all your time outside. The only downside was the housekeeper who obviously did not turn the hot water on and read my message but did not have the courtesy to come back to me until the next day so we had 24 hours without hot water and no apology. A simple word like sorry can make a lot of difference! The wifi was also very weak so we had to visit the provider down the road after the bank holiday to spend 30 euros on a 4G modem for the week. Bar these annoyances we really liked the place and would recommend.

Es war alles genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Ausstattung der Küche war für fünf Personen etwas mager, da es von jedem Teil nur 5 Stück gab. Die doppelte Menge an Geschirr wäre für uns einfacher gewesen.

LUGAR MARAVILLOSO

La casa y los alrededores es preciosa. Llegando a la urbanización las vistas eran espectaculares, casitas blancas, y al fondo el mar. La casa limpia, con todo lo necesario, ropa de cama y de aseo. Y dos baños. La piscina de la casa fantástica, en su profundidad, da mucho juego. Caminado podías acceder a los comercios, y el pueblo de Moraira está cerca, diez minutos +/- en coche. Moraira también es un lugar bonito, con muchos bares y restaurantes y tiendas, y una bonita playa por supuesto. Si quieres visitar otros pueblos o ciudades importantes, la ubicación es idónea. El contacto de nuestro alojamiento ha sido fluido, amable y correcto. Un 10 en todo.

La casa está muy chula y acogedora. Puedes estar muy bien con familia o pareja. Lo único que falta es un secador de pelo y poder poner la tele en español. Estropeó un poco la estancia una plaga de hormigas que había en la casa. En cajones de la cocina, armarios de la habitación,baño. Y que la barbacoa de fuera estaba muy sucia y no la pudimos usar.

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der unteren Wohnung der Villa. Der Garten und die ganze Umgebung sind super schön. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst war gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Wir konnten schon Mittags in die Wohnung. Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg und ist rundherum mit einer Mauer geschützt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben mit großem Vergnügen auf dem Gasgrill gegrillt und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten im Garten zum Entspannen und Essen genutzt. Überall war es gemütlich und bei Bedarf sonnig oder schattig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank in der Küche und bei Bedarf kann ein weiterer Kühlschrank am Pool genutzt werden. Der Fernseher ist recht klein und es gibt keine deutschen Sender. Da es aber Internet gibt, haben wir unser Handy auf dem Fernseher gespiegelt. Alternativ stehen auch Bücher zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt große Schränke für persönliche Sachen, eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäscheleine mit Wäscheklammern. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Supermark. Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine wunderbare Wegbeschreibung und weitere Tipps zu Ausflügen haben wir in der Infomappe gefunden. Linslay ist sehr nett und war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit zum Entspannen weiterempfehlen. Marcus & Marina

Ganzes Haus mit Pool

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub zu Viert. Das ganze Haus samt Pool war für uns allein. Der riesige Garten war der Hammer. Die Lage ist super. Ein selbst gemachter Lageplan ist sehr nützlich. Es sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Beste Lage um umliegende Strände zu besuchen. Die Komunikation via Whats App war sehr gut. Vielen Dank

une belle maison dans un bel environnement

La maison est située dans une résidence très calme, et un très bel environnement. Il y a des coins d'ombre un peu partout ce qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur. La piscine est magnifique. Le frigo extérieur et le barbecue au gaz sont également très appréciés. La climatisation dans le salon suffit à refroidir toute la maison en laissant les portes des chambres ouvertes.Le seul point négatif concerne la salle de bains de la chambre principale car la douche fuyait dans toute la salle de bains, la propriétaire était visiblement au courant et avait effectué des travaux pour y remédier mais le problème était revenu malgré tout. Il y a de belles criques, mais il faut absolument prendre la voiture pour les atteindre. Un supermarché est accessible à 5 mns à pied en suivant les indications ce qui était très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

super locatie

Ontvangst was prima, alles per app, huisje en zwembad super, jammer alleen geen airco in slaapkamers. Putje douch was verstopt gelijk volgende dag opgelost. Verder genoeg goede restaurants en super grote supermarkt op loopafstand 5 minuten. Al met al een hele mooie vakantie gehad.

Tolle Location, Einkaufszentrum 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar und zwei kleine Buchten in 25 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Moraira ist ein hübsches Städtchen mit guten Restaurants.
