You've never been to a neighborhood in Las Vegas like it, NEVER! Totally private stay inside and out, you get to enjoy the Live Music Living-Room Lounge. 4 *unique yet comfy* furnished bedrooms. 4 baths. Cozy sleeping spaces and the worlds most comfiest couch. If you're looking for a creative space for a retreat in Vegas, this is the spot. My Entrepreneur group had a great experience. The property is big, the house has plenty of space and the owners were super easy to work with, great communication! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Central Alternative to the Soulless Strip

Our group of ladies LOVED this place for our birthday weekend! Amazing home filled with art and music and touches of love! Plenty of room inside and out! The neighborhood was once a Vegas hotspot and it's coming back! Loved the mid century modern houses being restored in the area. Best of all was being close to the amazing arts district with all the galleries and restaurants that are making this part of Vegas hipster cool!

A fabulous place to stay while in Vegas

If you're looking for a place to stay that's quiet and a short distance away from the noisy Vegas strip, this is your place. The home has lots of unique decor and it's large enough to room several families. We rented the home for a 21st birthday celebration for our nephews. 6 adult men spent the weekend and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. Janelle was very helpful with answering my questions and also saved us a huge amount of time when I inquired about purchasing groceries for the weekend. She said "yes" to shopping and delivering everything to the home. It made our celebration weekend perfect since the guys didn't have to worry about buying breakfast and snack items. Thank you Janelle for a wonderful weekend!

Extraordinary!!

Large group of us stayed to celebrate a milestone birthday. Pictures don’t do the beauty and style justice. The space is so large we had plenty of privacy and room to maneuver. We enjoyed every bit of our time here. Outside area is inviting and fun. Inside is clean, eclectic, artistic, spacious. We will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay 6th&Franklin!

Better than expected!

Janelle and her amazing property couldn't have been a better fit for our group. In short, we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday with some friends and family, and wanted to do it in the sun. We spent our days by the pool, enjoying champagne and food, and our evenings playing music together and going out. Fremont Street is only 1 mile away—the walk was nice through a quiet neighborhood. The house is HUGE, with all sorts of little hidden gems and surprises. The art is beautiful and inspiring. Everyone was blown away by how perfect every aspect was. We're looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much Janelle! You truly made our trip perfect. :)

The house is beautiful a lot of work needed on property

Overall my sister missed a day at work our itinerary was thrown off because we had an issue with the door she lost 2 clients which comes to $500 because the door was jammed after 4 hours a lock smith was called in. Then we had a horse back riding event planned which we didn’t make because of the door. Then I went to the grocery store to bake chicken and dressing after starting the bread notice that the oven doesn’t work so we settled for pizza. A lot of pictures on the sight doesn’t match what we see at the house. There were so many disappointments I feel we should receive a refund for a botched stay. With a kitchen like that and 2 stoves in the house neither one of them work

6th&FRANKLIN is located in the cultural and geographical heart of Las Vegas. John S. Park, the historic mid-century neighborhood that defined a great period in the evolution of Las Vegas, was the home of many of the personalities that shaped the future of Las Vegas. 6th&FRANKLIN, featured in scenes from the film Casino, was previously the home of Bob Stupak, the Vegas casino boss who created the Stratosphere. The John S. Park neighborhood is listed on the city of Las Vegas Historic Property Register and the state and National Register of Historic Places.

All your heart's desires are all within a fair radius. Yoga, shopping, the farmers market, convenience stores, art galleries, parks, etc. You name it; it's right around here.

Getting around:
You're in the best location in Las Vegas. We're neighbors with the Arts District, the Downtown scene and the Las Vegas strip. A plethora of great restaurants, bars and music venues, a Friday farmers market, the Mob Museum, the Arts District galleries and studios, and Las Vegas' premiere shopping outlets are all within a short walk or bike ride. We have bikes for you to ride, free with your stay, or you can always take an Uber or Lyft with an average 3 minute pick-up time.

Other things to note:
Please keep music indoors. We live in a beautiful residential neighborhood, and treat it with love. We do not throw parties, events, play music outdoors or spill our energy over into areas that aren't ours :) We ask that our guests treat the neighborhood as if it was their own. Please maintain a smoke-free house indoors and we don't allow pets.

The Creative Oasis - Property rental @6th&FRANKLIN gives you private access to the whole house and use of outside amenities. This includes the Art Gallery, Vintage Las Vegas bar, Muraled Pool, Yoga area, Zen Rock Balancing Garden, and much more.

**Please remember, our home is in an historic neighborhood that we care deeply about. Under no circumstances do we allow guests to throw parties, invite groups of people over, play loud music outdoors, park in front of neighbors homes, or cause disruption to the neighborhood. The house is wayyyy jazzy on the inside and perfect for residential stays. We ask that our guests treat the neighborhood as if it was their own. Please maintain a smoke-free house indoors and yes, your pets are super cute but please keep them at your house as we don't allow them. This listing is for private use of our home yet as your host I am available as much or as little as needed. I stay in a separate house at the back of the property and am readily available either in person or by phone to assist with any need or desire to make your time here the very best it can be.
