INSIDE: Entrance to living room with double sofa bed, stove, small veranda and bathroom. Ventilation system with ceiling vanes. From the living area you go up to the first floor in the sleeping area, with air conditioning, with triple bedroom, double and single bed, bathroom with shower. On the last level panoramic terrace with water point and outdoor shower.
EXTERIOR: Typical local architecture, on several levels, renovated as a holiday home.
LOCATION: House very close to the beach and close to the center and all the commercial activities and restaurants.
