About this property

3 Avonside with stunning waterside views, near beach, in Bantham, South Devon

Welcome to our family-friendly property overlooking the estuary with stunning views to Burgh Island and the glorious surfing beach of Bantham. Located a short walk from the beach, Avonside is a wonderful seaside home situated in this area of outstanding natural beauty. With room for a family of 8/9 it is the perfect place to base yourself for your holiday. The village shop, cafe and pub are within a few minute's walk and we even have a utility with wet room for when you come in from the beach!

Accommodation includes a huge utility area with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer downstairs toilet and wet room to get yourself all sorted after a day on the beach. A modern kitchen and large living room/diner complete downstairs. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms ( plus a secret child's bedroom to find) and family bathroom. On the top floor there is an attic bedroom with 3 single beds and a cot. There is off road parking for 2 small cars or one large car, gas central heating and double glazing. Large garden with al fresco dining area.
